"If you're looking for something different than the normal day away, perfect for one person or a large group. Close to civilization but feels so far away. Quirky ranch with so many Instagram opportunities. Matt will make you feel at home or if you prefer, just leave you alone. Watch out for Cheese, that goat is feisty."

"I would rate this whole experience negative if I could. Property was not ready upon arrival at 6pm. Goats were running in and out of the house The house smelled like animal urine. Power tools were out all over the porch and the property was being worked on. He was aggressive and rude. The goats were being so crazy (which goats are), I didn't feel safe letting my children out of the car. He refused to let another couple staying with us enter the property, verbally assaulted my husband. We asked for a refund, which he said if we canceled through AirBnb we would get a refund. Needless to say, after agreeing to a refund and refusing to let us leave the property, he did not honor his word. Beware and go read other reviews on additional sites this property is listed. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this thief."
