"I toured Hermosa Village Apartments with my boyfriend and it was beautiful, clean and modern. Kirsten was super helpful, friendly, attentive, and answered every single one of our questions. Definitely the nicest and most helpful person and one of the best complexes I’ve seen compared to some of the other locations I’ve been touring in the Austin area. The location is also amazing!"
"We toured many MANY apartments before coming across these recommended ones. To say we were sold instantly is an understatement. The apartment complex is very well kept and made us feel instantly safe which was a huge priority being first time parents. We spoke with Kirsten who helped answer all of our questions (lots of questions) and showed us around. Extremely excited about these!"
"Toured this property because we have friends who live it here. Absolutely gorgeous! Everything is so clean and modern, you would think this was just built! The clubhouse is amazing, the pool is pristine, and they have a very well equipped gym on site! As an added bonus, they even have a community garden! I haven’t seen one of those since I lived in Michigan! Very excited about these apartments! Kirsten Brooks is so personable and knowledgeable, definitely ask for her when you go check out the property!"

My wife and I spoke with Kirsten and she was more than respectful, professional, and answered any and all questions we had! She was super sweet and truly a delight to interact with! "I just recently moved to Hermosa Village. I love the modern look of these apartments and the location is perfect and close to many shopping centers. These apartment complex are kept extremely clean and maintenance has been exceptional. Kristen Brooks who works at the front is great, she's so sweet, and answers all of my questions and request extremely quickly and anything I've needed has been done within the requested day. I really appreciate her hospitality since I have moved here. I would highly recommend these apartments."
