The managers Tracy and Shovanna are very helpful in accommodating to all residents needs. Maintenance is also quick to respond in one day for all repairs Highly recommend!"

"I recently moved into Emerson at Leander, and my experience so far has been outstanding. Shabana, my leasing agent, has been nothing short of fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process. I am so grateful to her and all of her support! Tracy, the property manager, is exceptionally organized and on top of things. Her communication is next-level and what you would hope for in a luxury establishment. It's clear that the management team is dedicated to creating a positive living experience for residents. Thank you Tracy! I've also had the pleasure of interacting with Sarah and Alexis, both of whom have been incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. It's been fun chatting with them and they are so welcoming and inviting :) The maintenance crew here is also top-notch. They're prompt, efficient, and do excellent work. They are also accommodating if you work from home!! It's evident that the entire team at Emerson at Leander takes pride in maintaining the property and ensuring resident satisfaction. One of the standout features for me is the wonderful amenities. The bonfire pits are a personal favorite — they provide a great space for residents to unwind and socialize. The communal gardens are also a lovely touch, adding a touch of nature to the community. They also have this miracle of a coffee machine in the main office that has the tastiest hot chocolate lol. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. The staff is phenomenal, the amenities are fantastic, and the community is well-maintained. I feel safe here and the affordability is unmatched. I highly recommend Emerson at Leander to anyone looking for a great place to call home."

"If you value a quiet place whereby you can rest comfortably in the silence of your home, this is NOT the place for you. I moved here with an understanding that this was a quiet place and area outside of the noise that is Austin. At first it was great, as my building is a new construction, but when my neighbors moved in, the noise came with them. I am CONSTANTLY hearing their childs TV shows and toys, their music and adult TV, and their conversations. I bought a white noise machine to help drown out the noise, but there are days where that's not good enough. I've asked them personally to quiet down and have even spoken with the office about them. They'll quiet down for maybe a week or two, and then we're back at it. If you value a peaceful and quiet area, do NOT stay here. If you enjoy a quiet home, do NOT stay here. If you enjoy blissful silence after a long day of work, DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. You will regret ever signing your lease. I promise. What a shame. It's a beautiful location and building; I simply cannot understand why such a beautiful place like this would allow such delinquency to reside with their property. I can't wait until my lease is up, so that I can move to a place that's ACTUALLY quiet. Don't even consider touring this loud property."

"What a beautiful neighborhood they have built at the Emerson, it doesn’t feel like an apartment complex it fees like an actual neighborhood. The amenities are new and plentiful and the apartments themselves are beautifully appointed and elegant. I’m so excited to be a part of the community. Also, I can’t say enough about the front office staff. Sarah and Shabana are an absolute pleasure to work with and I felt cared for through the entire process."
