"Came to Broadstone Bryson to tour a 2 bedroom, I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the community and its staff are. I toured with Mercedes, she is very dedicated to finding the best fit for customers. She talked me through the application process, and answered any questions I had attentively. I loved the whole office staff and have never felt so comfortable on a tour after being helped me decide which floor plans would fit me best. I unfortunately did not end up moving to this community as I received a job offer in colorado but I would have loved to move to Broadstone Bryson in a heartbeat."

"We are recent residents here at the Broastone Bryson. So far we are enjoying our new home. We have the 2 bed 2 bath and absolutely love our home. It’s definitely one of the nicest properties in Leander. Belmont was our leasing agent and he is the best at his job. From the first day we met him, he made us feel very welcomed. He is very friendly, patient and truly cares about helping you find your new home. The only request, is to have bike racks outside, coffee machine and affordable car garage space."

"Me and my wife recently moved in to this beautiful, brand new apartment complex. Everything is brand new with a decent monthly rent. The staff here is fantastic very friendly and humble. My leasing agent was Briana she was absolutely a gem, spent almost 4-5 hours with us touring the apartments and giving all the information needed. Also, we were in need of apartment to move in very quickly less than 2 days and she made sure to follow up with me to expedite the application process following up on documents required and etc to give the keys in 2 days after we submitted the application process. The apartments are spacious with excellent private patio. Excellent amenities with pool side party area, fire pit, 10 AM to 10 PM pool service, gym and a Business center with working desks for pals who works from home. It is a gated community outsiders cannot enter with out access to the gates, visitors must call in to enter in to the community. Decent size parking spots. Parking garage is available for additional monthly payment check with the leasing agent. Leased 15 months, hoping to have a great time here."

"This property is the perfect hill country escape, with direct accessibility to Austin! The amenities are incredible, in unit features are second to none, and the property is staffed by the most amazing leasing agents I’ve ever encountered! They worked with me every step of the way in leasing my apartment, and most importantly treated me with fairness and kindness, such as you would see in a close friend! Their management has been incredible, any issue I’ve had has been resolved within 24 hours. Every aspect of the property is well maintained to the highest standard. I could go on and on about how amazing this property is, but this review would turn into a short novel! Stop by and see it for yourself! Belmont Shaw is the man with the plan, he will take very good care of you, as will everyone else here!"

My apartment includes high-ceilings, stainless steel appliances, real quartz countertops,vinyl flooring , LED light fixtures (the fancy kind)with a washer & dryer included (stacked).Did I mention it is brand new? This is why I don’t feel squeamish soaking in my beautiful garden style tub. The amenities are also grand and top of the line ( 24hr fitness center , resort style pool,indoor mail room ,business center, & an extraordinary clubhouse. I got my 1B/1B (683 sqft/looks and feels a lot bigger) for the price of $1520 and it is worth every penny of it.✨Its treasure trove tucked away in the Hill Country!"
