River Junction Apartments

"BEWARE FAIR WARNING This company is from Colorado, a very high end company. I view this place twice and jump through all the hoops with 2 different ladies here. Lee-Anne and Caroline. Agree on an Apt.Even those there extra fees are ridiculous. $30 more for pool view. $30 more for first floor. Andythibg they can charge to make extra money from you to pay for building this place.I have lived in my previous apt for 13 years. The place I live can't believe that after 13 years, it's still so nice inside. I never had a problem paying the rent in 13 years. But they said nothing about making a certain income to live here. I make 50K a year not good enough. I've been saving to buy a house for 8 years and have a huge amount of money saved I could pay 10 years at this Apt complex. I felt judged because I was not rich. On the app, it was in very small print of 2hat the requirements are.I felt tricked out of my $100. And was denied. It is kind of funny because Gabriel, which is an apt complex 2 miles down the road, approved me with the same income. Hey there, loss. I think it is funny because over 500 apt complexes are being built in Austin, and in the next 2 years, the price is going to go way down, and they are going to be begging for good tenants. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND THERE'S!"

"Attended a ribbon cutting today and this complex is amazing! They have co work spaces, giant workout room, saltwater pool with cabanas, pet washing facility and awesome floor plans. The staff was super friendly. They are currently having great move in specials so hurry in!"

"There isn’t a single person in Summerlyn who lives “right up the street” who’s excited for this complex to open. The construction crews have left trash, metal pieces and debris all over the street, people are constantly picking up screws and nails in their tires and getting out of this neighborhood is about to get 10x harder. Even without the traffic from the apartments, it can take 10+ minutes to get on 183. Be prepared, it may be labeled as “easy access to 183/183A” but you will be fighting at the entire south end of a 1000+ home neighborhood trying to get out. The entire complex is a money grab and they do not make you aware of how hard it will be to get out of the complex and on to 183."
