"The leasing agent is very helpful, very nice, very respectful. She was very easy to talk to to reasonable on the prices and they respond fast when you need something going on in your apartment or you just write an email to them. They respond very fast so I do recommend this place."

"I lived here for about 4 yrs and I've seen this place go from a decent community to an absolute dump. As others have pointed out, there is definitely some illegal activity going on here. I've had maintenance people enter my apartment outside of notified times or without any notice at all. When I requested information about their apparent contractors, the leasing office refused to provide any information or show any proof of licensing/permits. Theft is also a problem here. It's also interesting to note that many, if not all, long-term residents have been priced out on leases, only then to drop the rates. To resign my lease, the rate would have been around $1,500 for the smallest unit. Shortly after I moved out, I saw the rate drop to around $800. Why would they improve or fix anything when they can profit on section 8 vouchers from the government? If you are thinking about living here, please don't."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE. If you value your safety and well being please do not waste your time with this place. I have lived here for a year and a half unfortunately and it has been hell. This complex has been involved in illegal activity and is currently being investigated by law enforcement and code enforcement. 6 months ago the complex installed Tesla chargers, and cut massive holes in our garage and apartment walls. Not ONLY has the hole never been repaired after countless requests on my part, but we contacted code enforcement and have come to find out the complex failed to file ANY of the legal permits including fire permits. Every single tenants lives are in danger due to this safety hazard. In addition to that, my neighbors dog has MAULED 2 people and left blood trails all over our building, management did nothing to intervene and she was allowed to keep her animal. She involved us in her domestic violence dispute, and despite my anxious pleas to the office, they will not allow us to terminate our lease early without paying thousands of dollars in fees. This complex lacks diligence and good management. When you express your concerns they say they will elevate it and you will literally never hear from them about it again. The halls and cleanliness is also disgusting. This place is a heaping dumpster fire; there’s a reason tons of tenants are leaving terrible reviews. Don’t. Live. Here."

"Floor plans are great, the staff is friendly but hallways are gross, have been living here for almost 6 months and nobody sweeps or cleans them. There is dog poop all over the grass areas, because other tenants are not picking up the poop. Honestly doesn't feel luxurious. Unless you are all the time in your apartment. So if you want to live there, walk the grounds not just what they show you."
