"I’ve lived at Alexis Apartments for 4 years. Went in paying a hefty security deposit and didn’t not receive my deposit back. Management had more than enough notice due to the complaints I was receiving from the neighbor below which made our last year staying here pure hell. The property itself is located in a beautiful neighborhood in one of the best school districts. I’d been a faithful tenant, excellent payment history even during COVID. My rent was paid on time if not before. I just received my final account forms (via email)and I’ve been moved out since the 15th of June. My deposit was taken due to 60 day notice not being provided in time even though I had already given notice in March. The property manager there is very disorganized and is not good at conflict resolution. I’ve been told several different things from this manager which we’re not consistent. I definitely would like to file a complaint on the property manager which I asked for her supervisors info which I never received."

"I live in the Apex Apartments and the automatic gate has been open for some days now. On Saturday, January 10th, one of my neighbors vehicle was vandalized, they took her rims and tires and left her vehicle on wooden logs. I tried to call the manager at the apartments to ask why no one had alerted the residents about the incident and the phone system had been down for several days. The manager finally sent a text message to all residents but, it had nothing to do with the prior thefts that had been taking place on their property. I understand it’s not the property owners fault however, the owner should still alert residents when something like that happens."

"This company is horrible. I am a single mother that is working very hard I went and did some cleaning for this company work for couple of months and end up not getting paid. I get the runaround I looked up their address don't even have a main office addresses are listed to someone's house and post office. How can the owner sleep at night by doing this to others. This is a company that you can't trust."
