Courtyard by Marriott Houston Pearland

"I've stayed in lots of courtyard/Marriotts and have seen better. This is a good location but the rooms were mediocre, there are no mirrors in the entire room except in the bathroom which I find ridiculous. The sofa bed also was flimsy and the blankets were paper thin. It was clean and quiet and cheap and held us over for our trip. Also the wifi never connected or worked on my phone."

"Room is great. Clean. Have physical key card and digital card in app. Both work perfectly. Love that I can chat with service desk within the app. Only issue is one lamp/plug did not work and I let them know they are supposed to fix that today."

"Bed was comfortable and AC worked. Coffee maker didn’t want to work. Shower was lukewarm and pressure was low. After five minutes the TV picture was so dim as to be unwatchable. The clerk didn’t even ask how our stay was when checking out. Probably knew better."

"We stayed here for a couple of days and we were very impressed about the service and professionalism at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The staff was personable and friendly. I will stay here again should I return to Pearland."

"We were in town visiting family and needed a place to stay nearby. Bella at the front desk was amazing and helped us book a room with ease when we arrived in town. We liked that the hotel room floors were by key card access only. The location is fantastic and there was a lot within walking distance. If we ever came back for a longer stay we'd definitely stay here again. The AC units are pretty loud but once we realized we had to use the thermostat by the door and not the buttons on the unit we were able to adjust the room temp to keep it from running all the time."
