"The office staff is so welcoming and helpful. My service request was attended to extremely fast and the maintenance team is knowledgeable on what they do. I enjoy living in this property! Thank you Tranquility staff for all you do!"
"Gate always broken. The worst staff for an apartment building. I encourage you not to ever stay here. And when you leave they will charge up the prices. Hated every moment here. Please don’t move here even if it’s your last resort they will make it the worst experience. They also don’t care about anything that happens outside Of getting their rent on time. So a sad environment. Please seek other options. If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would."
"Relocating from California to HTX and was trying to get an apartment at this place and let me say it's absolutely stupid how many hidden fees and how expensive this place is for what it is! Usually your offer letter from your employer is good enough anywhere else in the states but nope, not with these guys. I lost 140$ for absolutely no reason! Their process is so painful is like you're applying for a job with the CIA. Absolutely awesful experience!"
"First and foremost. I would just like to say everyone in the leasing office other than Claudia is fantastic. Naudia helped me with everything I needed. Claudia on the other hand was always rude to me for no apparent reason. Always gave me an attitude. Couple things I would like people to know before moving in here. Doesn't come with a microwave, washer and dryer. Seen a bunch of apartments and all of them come with them. This is the only one and such an inconvenience. I get they have a building where you can wash and dry your clothes but who wants to deal with that? Charging over $1800 for a 3 bedroom with none of them. Outdated appliances. Like other reviews I've seen. Floor was dirty and sticky when moved in. Kitchen appliance was dirty. Recently moved out and was charged $50 for cleaning fee for the kitchen when it was dirty when I first moved in. Maintenance would come in every 6 months to do inspections. They would come in and take pictures of my whole apartment without my permission. And I'm not the only one this happened to. If you live here, please get cameras. The AC unit rattled so much and was such an annoyance. I felt the ac couldn't cool the apartment down which was costing me over $300 on electricity every month. I have friends in houses that pay less than that."
"I was going to wait until I moved out, but in good conscience cannot wait to post my review. I hope I can save whoever reads this of living here. I moved in July 6th. I spent almost two weeks overseas. I still decided to break my lease, for the first time after living in 11 different apartments, on August 25th. Let me count the ways. So first move in and apartment floors are all dirty. Kitchen sink nozzle broken. Patio has mud. Put in requests for fixes. Fine whatever bad first impression. Then I find ants IN THE CLOSET right after I move in. I put in a request Friday afternoon and am told pest control only comes on Friday and left that day by 3pm. Next Friday no one comes, I'm told there was an error in the leasing office. Finally the third Friday they come. But for three weeks I'm living in misery with these ants all over. They are still all over outside. I'm sure it is just a matter of time till they are back in force. I still see a few. Then I notice my AC is not cooling off. It is 80 degrees in my apartment every day by 6pm. I ask maintenance to check. They said it is just hot. No fix. Been using a fan. You should note the AC in the leasing office is always cold. Outside the building are sprinklers. They go off and cover the stairs at night. They did not turn off. I go to the leasing office where two people are working and let them know. No one fixes it. I cannot get to my door without getting wet. I try to post on the community about it on a Sunday since the office is closed but all posts have to be approved. Finally fixed on a Monday after I have to ask for a third time. The power went out. No way of communicating to residents. My dog is stuck in summer in this apartment without her fan, since the AC sucked. I didn't learn about it till I get the email the power is back. No information on how long power was out. Today I wake up to it being 75 in my apartment when it was 72 outside. I didn't notice for a bit. It was 77 inside and outside. I file a request for them to look at my AC again. I come home to two window units. One which broke the fuse so I have no power in my living room/kitchen. The other sucks. No note. No email. No phone call. They moved my stuff away from the windows with no care. I had a lot piled by the windows in a vain attempt to block the sun. I'm so sick of this place I could cry. Please do not live here. This isn't even everything, but I'm so tired of writing these out. So here are a few more bullet points. Random cons: Packages are stuck in the leasing office if you work before 9/after 5. Dog poop everywhere. Doggie bags have not been refilled the two months I've been here. Residents should have their own (like me) but still ridiculous when we pay pet rent. The bags they do use are so cheap and thin. Kitchen is absurdly small. Cabinets are too small to fit anything more than spices. Only the pantry can fit plates. No microwave. Stove has no digital display, just the lights for hot/baked. Very little counter space. There is a giant hole in the fence people use for a door sine there is no door to the sidewalk. Built in TV alcove is too small for 55". Built in desk is too small for anything bigger than a laptop. There is a large pot hole when you turn on Oak Rd. There are no lights on Oak Rd so it is pitch black driving down. Leaving Oak Rd there is no traffic light."
