"I don’t live at these apartments myself, but my step mom does. I’ve been here like 3 times and i must say, it is beautiful! The pool is great and clean, the hallways and stairway is also very clean! This is a great place to live, I definitely enjoyed coming here."

"Cynthia in the leasing office is very tacky and unprofessional. I’ve had sooooo many issues with this complex to the point where the regional manager had to get involved. If it wasn’t for the regional manager this place would be worse than what it is! Cynthia would just pop up at my apartment wee-hours of the morning knocking and ringing my doorbell. I told her professionally that I don’t appreciate her doing pop ups at my house with no call and now she has an attitude with me everytime I come to the office. They won’t answer my calls because my name comes on the caller ID. Just really bad management honestly. Tori has been helpful in stepping in as a regional but the main office management is just very unprofessional. Maintenance doesn’t do their job properly to where the office has to come in your unit with maintenance to “make sure” things were done correctly. If you can’t trust your maintenance to do his job then why have him working here… Tori is the only reason that my issues have been getting resolved in the first place but it shouldn’t have to go all the way up past the office to get things done"
