"We love Fairfield and appreciate the updates over the years. The front desk was very pleasant on check-in and check out. The room was nice and clean. Our only complaint is that the water pressure was terrible. We had to stand directly under the shower head to rinse. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars."
"Didn't have a single problem with my stay. Room was clean, breakfast was the best, stay was nice, no interruptions, no issues checking in or out. Would be nice if Marriott had no contact check-in like Hilton, though. I never stop at the from desk with Hilton. Just check in on the app & use my digital key."
"Great experience. Long Family trip of 5 for a 9 days stay. Fantastic service and attention overall from front desk to breakfast team. My recommendations will be for housekeeping being more thorough on the days they clean and do something about low water pressure at any point of the day. Great new property, pretty clean common areas, pool looked great, same for Gym."
"The stay here was perfect the first 2 nights, later i ask for room service to clean our room because that did happen after 4 days 5 nights ( one day i even say we are going to sleep untill late so only towels is ok) But still after 4 days thet didnt happen I get the garbage outside the toom myself and I ask several times ask a lot of times .that was very frustrating then after 5 days they clean the room. But later the Wc get stuck didnt flush i ( i even thought i will check out the next day and may be ok) but was NOT i had to get all the suff out at for help and they told me that was no staff . Front desk gave me a thing so i can do it myself. Didnt work, and we finally change rooms late at night late and in the morning when i ask for a late check out they could give it to me The front desk manager or suoerviser refuse to see me or talk to me. When i ask for a late check out . Because they say that they didnt have staff i help myself looking for extra towels and ask the housekepers to put the trash away. But after i ask so many times Was very frustrating soecially the last night withThat toilet issue That is no the way that you treat hotel guest i ONLY ask For a late check out and after all this frustration . Dear staff members for this Hotel you can validate this information by looking to your cameras and see how busy and time consumimg i was try to get the room clean and i even help doing it. The toilet issue can hapoen but PLEASE HELP YOUR GUEST when the toilet is BLOCK! and i only ask for a late check out!!!!! Get some emphaty with your guest ! all ."
"Avoid the hotel. Stayed for 6 nights and starting on day 3 (and 2x every day thereafter) I inquired why they hadn’t cleaned the room, replaced the towels or sheets (or even made the bed) or took out the overflowing garbage or even refilled the empty toilet paper roll! Each day I asked for service and they said they were on it and each day I returned to nothing having been done. Spoke to the manager Louis Brees who was incredibly rude, argued with me and said that it’s Marriott’s global policy to only clean the room every 6 days (!!). He claimed they “refreshed” it every 2 days but obviously his definition of a “refresh” does not include changing the towels, taking out the trash, replacing the spent toilet paper roll or even making the beds. Worst Marriott experience I’ve had in years. Hyatt here I come!"
