A courtesy call was made and we were told they were having a slumber party. So if you want to party without interruption - without regard for your neighbors come on over...you can have our room...leaving for another, more respectful hotel."

"We enjoyed our weekend stay. I appreciate their pet policy. The price was great and the location is amazing. You’re surrounded by so much food along with the outlet mall and movies across the street. They have breakfast as well. The staff was super friendly. The only downside was my room. The room was clean but the bed frame was broken and there was a pallet holding it up. Also the water pressure was low and took bit to heat up. You can also hear through the walls."

"This morning, I made a reservation to arrive at the Katy, Texas location tonight. At about 5:00 this afternoon, I panicked because I realized that my reservation was not in the app nor had I received a confirmation email. Thinking I must not have hit the final button to book, I made another reservation. I again never received an email nor did the reservation show in the app. But this time I was smarter and took a screenshot of the app confirmation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed there were 2 reservations and given that it was after 6:00pm, I would be charged for both. Alejandra Ortiz at the desk was very kind, providing me with all the information I needed to contact customer service. I provided the customer service representative rep with my confirmation number (provided by Alejandra), my Wyndham Rewards number, etc. What a disaster! The rep originally insisted that I had no reservations for tonight despite the fact I was calling while sitting on a bed in my room. The story then changed, and she actually argued with me, adamant that the hotel I was calling from was in Tillmans Corner, Alabama. No, that's where we stayed last night. Finally, her story was that I "must have made the reservation through a 3rd party” as it could not have possibly been directly through the app. If I weren't so frustrated, it would have been hysterical. The reservations were 100% made through the app on my phone. Eventually I just hung up. Going back to the lobby, I again encountered Alejandra. I cannot possibly convey what a joy she was to work with. She did absolutely everything within her power to help - trying to call reservations for me, verifying my email, my Wyndam Rewards number, etc. I have zero doubt she tried absolutely every possible solution she could think of to try to get my 2nd reservation cancelled with no cost. Ultimately, I decided to allow the cancellation of the reservation and will dispute the charge with my credit card company if needed. I truly hope Alejandra is on the management track because she is a very valuable asset to her company."

No bugs, no smell, the elevator was down as mentioned in reviews. It was a good stay. My king room was a lil awkward how they built it, but it was a good stay."
