Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Katy

"The staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The vent over the bed rattled regularly and the mini fridge sounded like water was constantly draining. With ear plugs I might stay again."

"I stay in this hotel a lot for work as it’s in ideal commuting distance. Check in is always quick and efficient, staff are friendly and make you feel more than welcome. The rooms are slightly dated, however I’ve always slept well and found the bathroom facilities to be decent. Air conditioning machines tend to be noisy which can be annoying. Breakfast buffet is the standard US affair of bacon and eggs etc not much to shout about but better than nothing. Hotel is in walking distance of a great variety of restaurants and shops, just behind the McDonald’s."

"This hotel is super clean with great service. The employee that maintained the breakfast buffet was very courteous and paid great attention to detail."

"Great experience at this Hampton inn in Katy Texas. The rooms were very large and clean. Service was impeccable and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was hot each morning and was served from 6 am until 10 am CST. There is a pool outside. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken so we couldn't use it while we were there. This hotel is pet friendly."

"I booked last minute through priceline because of circumstances out of my control and when I arrived to the hotel the representatives said they could not find my reservation. The really did not offer anything other then for me to call priceline as it usually take 3 to 4 hrs to show up. While standing there one of the male reps asked me to move and waved his hand shooing me away. Needless to I did call priceline who helped me cancel and refund this and was able to book a nice hotel 5mins up the street that by they time I drove there was able to check me in with no issues. I did not appreciate the level of care I received."
