"What an awesome staff! Day/night...didn't matter! Personable and professional, it was a great 3day-2 night stay. Very reasonably priced too!"
"I’m giving this hotel only 2 stars because I paid an additional $20 for the breakfast package through traveluro and the breakfast was so bad that I would not even feed to my kids. Breakfast is very limited and honestly taste terrible. Sausage was more dry than dog food. They put out one pan of sausage and eggs. Everything else comes packaged like the bagels and muffins which are not good either at least the few they had out. Pancake maker was cool but nobody just wants pancakes for breakfast. They have like 3 different kinds of cereal too if you like that but that’s it. It looks nothing like the pictures. Other than the breakfast, the rooms and ambiance are mediocre for the price. I booked the room for about $100 a night & that’s with taxes and fees. It wasn’t the worst hotel experience but it definitely wasn’t the best either. I expected more seeing that it’s owned by Hilton. Front desk staff is super polite so no complaints there."
"It was very clean and nice. The staff are friendly and the breakfast here is delicious! The price we paid was worth the stay. I definitely recommend and would love to come back"
"I know nobody expects hotels to conduct ethical business practices, but this is truly ridiculous. We were charged $300 for what was supposed to be a $115 room, for one night. The room itself smelled like cheap cologne, and looked like it had been tidied rather than cleaned. When we called to reserve the room, we were direct about how we had a dog with us, and we were told that dogs stay free. On checkout, the lady pointed at a sign saying that not telling the hotel about a pet is a $250 fee, saying we needed to pay a $75 pet fee. On top of this, we were also charged another $70 for items at their convenience store we did not purchase. If this is how Hilton conducts business, I won't be coming back to another of their chain locations."
"I would just like to say DO NOT book or stay at this hotel. It is so terrible. They have the most terrible staff service. This is my second time trying to give this hotel a chance and I regret it. I walked in and CJ did not tell me what floor I was on until after I ran my card and I was stuck on the first floor and I never like to stay in the first floor due to noises in the morning and being a light sleeper so I politely asked if I could switch rooms and he said he had nothing available but the parking lot was empty. And as a hiltons honor member I would expect better. It did take a while to get a hold of the manager the next day but James did politely get the issue fixed."
