"This will be lengthy. I have been stay in this particular unit for almost one year. There never was an actual walk through. I noticed that I had several leaks with toilet, carpet was repaired in a timely manner. I am currently struggling trying to make ends meet. The apartment complex stated that they did not want to renew my lease due to noise complaints. I have spoken to several neighbors and the complaint is from the unit behind me. My neighbor has verified this. Also my child is sick due to mold in unit. I tried to remove it myself did not want to make any complaints to worsen my residency at this location. These are 1700 units and every month I’m paying almost 1900. Not really having enough to live on. There is no empathy from the apartment manager. The other employees are understanding and kind. I will definitely fight this! Some people are not seeing how hard times are. I wish they were just a little more empathetic."

"Maintenance requests are always handling so professionally and with great communication. They understand the problem, prioritize and solve it within a perfect time frame. Always friendly and professional. I’d like to also add the Mrs. Connie is the best property manager we have ever dealt with. She is so kind and understanding of any issue. We just renewed for a 3rd year:)"

"I have lived here since 2020 and the office people have been very nice and very understanding because since we moved here we switched Apartments a few times only because we needed to. I recently went into the office to get coffee but their machine was down. Connie had informed me that she was going to have them come out and fix it. All the people at the office are very sweet people very nice people .you have to love the 24-hour pool even a lot of the residents who live here are very kind people. They have so many different types of apartments so many different types of families. You got from the one bedroom to a townhouse. A little bit of everything for everyone. And it's not a far distance to go shopping and we even have a park nearby. And if you have any problems you can call the maintenance and they'll have someone come out. Personally since I've been here you don't get that loud music every night kind of feeling that a lot Apartments have."

"This is gonna be long but they absolutely deserve it. We first came here in July desperately needing a place to live as we had just moved here from Colorado. Abel was really great with communicating with us about everything that was happening. It wasn’t a long drawn out process which was wonderful. They aren’t a company that just want your money. They are super empathetic and friendly. They never make me feel weird when I have to split up my rent payment. They partner with “Flex” which is a program that helps with paying rent as well! They accept all types of dog breeds which is rare for a complex to do! I believe they do something where if you find a stray on property and choose to take it in - they waive the fees? But that’s just what I heard from a neighbor I’m not sure. They have a referral program and when we moved in they had a move in promo as well so we personally got $500 off and my sister got $500 off her rent for referring us. We feel very safe in the complex. We’ve never had any issues. Whenever I’ve called they answer. I casually mentioned my porch light was out and they sent maintenance the next day. I didn’t even officially request it! Regarding any cockroaches - there are the big ones outside when it’s hot out. The ones that are naturally part of Texas. and I’ve only seen two small ones in my actual apartment. They came up the bathroom drain so I keep it closed now. They spray often for pests. I believe it’s upon request. I’ve never needed it. Connie and Tatiana are also both wonderful. I’ve worked with them both a couple times. The whole team is down to earth, friendly, and kind. They have had a couple get togethers at the office for holidays and I’m just really happy here."
