"It has been almost two months since I left and I can honestly say I am glad. Management is the worst Ashley/Sonia are the rudest people in there. When you prove Ashley wrong and call her out on issues she will find any issue to charge you on the rent. If you have a kid and want to live here please don't. You have neighbors complaining about a kid being a kid and having a problem with your kid playing inside their own home with family coming over yet they would have their music loud till midnight and have your apartment smell like weed 24/7, and the management will do nothing but give you warnings about your kid using the chalk on the front door of your apartment. Keep in mind other neighbors thought it was otherwise and no issue with them. As well as charge you for maintenance if your hair falls off a lot and goes down the drain and clogges it and you call for maintenancethey will charge you. My partner is a plumber and he even said there were problems with their drainage system and other stuff. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since we were one of the first residents living there since they had opened in DEC 2022. But no there were way too many issues as well as giving you a 3-day eviction notice on day 2 for being late on rent. Yet tell you it is standard when it is standard after 10 days if rent hasn't been paid after the 3-day they will charge the late fees. This place is run by clowns. We were told there would be a zipline and nothing the splash pads only one would be functioning and then the park in the back is just a hazard. Please look elsewhere these apartments are hell. You can hear everything. Please read the one star review the other ones are just spams."

"Please please be aware, living here has been nothing less than a disaster. Extremely over priced what they offer, no amenities, no security, noisy. They are consistently looking for ways to charge you fees. But above all, the office staff are extremely invasive and rude, specifically Ashley/Sonia. They speak to you in a disrespectful manner and shouldn’t be doing this type of work if this is how they treat their residents. Make sure you look around before even considering this place as an option. I promise I’m not the only resident who feels this way about them or has had a terrible experience."

"I love my apartment (con: small closet space and imperfections with flooring) , i enjoy the community atmosphere, and the aesthetics. Always up kept. My neighbors were welcoming at move in and I love how the kids can be kids outside amongst each other. My only issue is the attitudes i received today after speaking with Ashley (property manager) and another young lady in the office. My A/C compressor went out at the beginning of the week & i was very patient and understanding of them working with contractors & scheduling. But a simple call to check on the status of the work order today being that its Friday and the office is closed on the weekends, unnecessarily resulted in smart remarks and rudeness from management. I appreciated the accommodation of the portable A/C placed in the window but had a hard night falling asleep and simply called to express my concerns. She responded by saying my AC being out is not an emergency. Never once did I mentioned it being an emergency. To me, an unsecured unlocked front window and the A/C being out for more than a day in Houston unpredictable weather - on a floor above ground level can become hot and uncomfortable fairly quickly. Then she had Ashley call me back just for here to start and finish the conversation with and attitude instead of making the situation right. Dont spoil people’s quality of life by projecting negative energy. God bless everyone."

"Ashley and her staff are the ridiculously Rude. Once you apply and get approve they mistreat you. Nobody works hard to spend their money on a property who doesn’t respects them or they space. The price is too high for any size apartment they offer you. They will say it’s out of their control and that’s fine. They will write under each comment and say call the office with your concerns that’s means nothing. They will not give you corporate number but will give you an email that’s to Ashley. The trash man doesn’t come to get the trash on the days even tho your charged. The trash man is also the man who enters your home and he is a creep. Ashley will read this post and look for what apartment you stay in and this time I used my business email so good luck on that. Rent is going up and nothing has changed. They haven’t filled the apartments up yet because of how high they are and how rude they will be. If you can find another apartment close by please do I don’t recommend them. The space is not worth it."

"Ran across this property decided to stop in and take a peek. Was impressed with the modern appeal of the apartments homes wiith stainless steel appliances , full size washer & dryers, cool modern light fixtures, built in shelves and woodlike flooring. All without the fuss of the amenities that I'd probably never use anyway. The staff Sonia was very professional and detailed in going over everything I needed to know. Thank you!"
