"My husband and I moved in December 30 2023 so far it’s been fabulous. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. The maintenance team amazing they hung our curtains and TVs up for us and when I made a request for my ac filter to be changed they came the very next day. Thanks to Ms Shayla for helping us with our move in process. We hope to be here many years."

"Kim and the office manager are awesome! They’re quick and happy to resolve any issue that you bring to them. I have been very pleased with my move in here. All of the office staff are very helpful and super cool! The maintenance team here is also great! One of the guys offered me batteries for my remote after they got rid of the tv box I’d just left by the dumpster. Elation at Grandway West exceeds all my expectations!"

"I've had a hard time looking for a new place; been wanting to get out the city, and my friend recommended that I give this spot a look, glad I did! Not only was the staff friendly, they were also very detailed and informative about the property, unit, amenities, etc., which included many things I wanted, a gym (very nice by the way), big pool, out door area to BBQ and hang out, and the units come with SMART HOME, I never had experience this SMART system before but I am loving it! Thank you so Much Kim for the help, I really enjoy the place!"

"I’m not normally the one that leaves a review. But, these are beautiful apartments. As I was touring around with my boyfriend everything just came together perfect. The atmosphere is phenomenal just how Jonsua Perez described. The amenities are very organized, sanitized, and very well cleaned. Definitely recommend these lovely apartments to anyone who’s looking. A car wash and dog park! Outstanding!"
