"One of the worst living experiences ever. Everything they do is shady and more than likely illegal. We still have a bathroom with no faucet. A broken kitchen sink that doesn’t drain, a oven that doesn’t work. No emergency numbers or anyone that’ll get back with you. The work order website is a sham because no one reads or responds. A huge rat problem that they could simply care less about. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for pest control and repairs and never got it deducted from rent or even a thank you from property manager. I never been late on rent and I get treated like I am less than nothing. The property manager is always super fake full of smiles and says she’ll send someone to fix things and it never happens and once she remembers your phone number, she refuses to answer it. Debating on calling the city of Irving to see if maybe they can inspect and possibly get this place looked into. Please reconsider if moving here. You will regret it I promise."

"Applied in August approved in Sept. Move in eare changed 4 times unit number changed 4 times. Was given this apt. Things reported on inventory form were not addressed leading to break-in, having to go to the bathroom in bags because no working toilets. Slept in the apt parking lot for 3 nights because no apt was ready and could not locate office personnel. My sons bathroom hot water still running like it's on. 95% of the photos you see are from move in and we're never addressed. This is like nothing I've ever seen, and I've been an apartment manager for 35 years. I managed this one for 3 years. It qas nothing like this then. Shame shame on these new owners for having us live like this. His own son in law called it deplorable. I have several videos too. It's a living nightmare. The story here is long. I've only touched on a few things. There's so much more."
