"No car rental pickup like most areas hotels do. Have to pay a Deposit for room. Choice privileges using point I've never had to pay a deposit. Breakfast is not free. Most choice privileges hotel I've stayed at offer a free breakfast buffet. I will stay at another place next time, breakfast should also start at 6 am not 7 am"

"If you have a cancelled/delayed from American Airlines and need a place to lay your head, look no further!! I had the stressful situation of having my flight delayed until the next day, early in the morning, and this hotel helped me ease that stress. I started looking for hotels with a shuttle service, including times that could get me to a 5am flight, and this place has that!! AND they have wonderful customer service!! Carolyn and Amberly were so kind to me, making me feel so much more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The airline has most of my stuff, and they provided me with a toothbrush and toothpaste!! I am so so grateful!! Thank you for taking care of me!!"

"From the beginning until the end my experience with Clarion was wonderful. First I made my reservation online but didn't get the confirmation so I had to call. The gentleman whose first name starts with a B, was so helpful, I received the confirmation before hanging up. The day of check in was a bit interesting, I had a fairly new employee and a seasoned maybe manager assisting me. Partially my fault for having a hypen in my last name she couldn't find me. Overall I got checked in and got a room that was totally awesome exactly what I requested. No doubt I will return."

"Location is good. The people who work here are great. The rooms are in great need of updating and repair. Our shower was broken in the door. Didn't work very well. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. The beds were clean and there was no bed bugs but the mattresses were disgusting underneath. I would not stay here again."

"Average room. Had to be at airport about 4am,shuttle was right on time despite several stops and got to the airport perfectly. Beds were comply, room was quiet. My 2:45 wake up call came at 3:05, but I was up already. Morning coffee and greeting were great. Overall a good experience."
