"The location is great which is why my company always chose to stay here and we never had any problem. Until today. The overnight staff, refused to gave out his name, was INCREDIBLY RUDE. We waited outside for at least 30 minutes and when I asked if I can check in please, the answer was “if you don’t have the patience I can cancel your reservation”. I have been to worse places but this is just so unexpected. Calling your boss that you won’t check anyone in tonight?? How does that even come out? Everyone is busy. I know that, but at least be respectful. That’s the least I am asking for. Also, how dare you proceed to charge me extra for cancelling on the spot??? You told me “you paid nothing” when I asked for a receipt but later I found out I am still charged an extra penalty. I have everything recorded. Will proceed with legal actions. Please be cautious. We will avoid this in the future."

"Good rooms are very well maintained, and the owners are making good efforts to ensure the same. I have stayed here for 2 days, and you would get a message on your mobile during check-in welcoming, and after day 1, you would get another message asking about feedback on the stay so far."

"Great location for what we needed. Don't know what training the overnight customer service front desk receives or how much general experience in customer service they have, but it certainly reflects poorly on the establishment. The person who checked us in was wonderful, quite a comparison from the overnight crew."

"This hotel is very close to the DFW Airport and they provide free airport shuttle which is great! The hotel is clean and beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, it was also quite large. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The only downside is that they don’t provide complimentary water bottles even when you check-in. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay if you have a transit at DFW and want to spend some time outside."

"I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are good size. Small repairs need to be done in some rooms. Cracked sink, stained mirror, molding around tub needs to be replaced. The beds are not comfortable like they use to be. Front desk clerk not friendly this trip. He seemed bothered to help, being on his phone was more important. Disappointed that breakfast on the weekends does not start until 7 am. Had to leave hotel by 6 am. It would have been nice to get at least a cup of coffee before a long travel day."
