"It was clean and comfortable as always with free breakfast and they always have decent breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the location it was in because it was too loud even at 3 AM at night. But the closest one from the airport."

"This hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were caring and helpful. This place is nicely close to everything you might need like restaurants and shops. The breakfast was a little odd but they did have free hot breakfast available and there were a few options. But not a lot in the way of vegetarian options which was sad. Also, if you are a light sleeper, this may be a difficult place for you to rest. It's directly off the highway and you can hear the cars easily through the walls and windows. That can't be helped but it is something a light sleeper or someone in need of a quieter environment might want to know. All in all, clean, comfortable and nice. A great place to stop for the night during our travels."

"I was in the area for school, wanted to stay near by the airport. Hotel was very clean and felt safe (which were my two most important factors when booking). Overall I gave it 4 stars only because the airplanes are very loud during the day (they did not wake me up at all at night), however booking near an airport I knew there would be a lot of airplane traffic. Possibly some upgraded windows would help with the loudness of them. Breakfast was always fresh and dining area was always clean. Great work to the lady working in that area, as she always appeared to be working hard to keep it clean and stocked."

"This is a new hotel and obviously been well cared for since it open. The 3rd floor room was great and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. We stayed for two nights and that's where the problem comes in. The first night my wife didn't get very good sleep because a tractor trailer was running and revving it's engine in the back parking lot all night. When my wife asked the desk staff about it and they said they knew about it and that it wouldn't be there the next night. The next night my wife was able to sleep with the help of a sleep aide but I didn't get much sleep. Apparently a volleyball team was staying in the hotel and was occupying the rooms above us. They were loud and noisy and running back and forth. I called the desk at 10:20pm and the guy said "I'm on it." I gave it until 11:10 before I called again and talked to a lady who apologized and said she would try to do something. The noise went on until 12:20, only to start again at 6:40 am. when we asked about it when we checked out the lady at the front desk said yes they had received lots of complaints and they almost had to kick the team out and apologized. Apologies are great but I don't think I'll stay in that hotel again because they didn't do anything when they needed to that was effective to stop the noise and take care of the rest of the paying guests."
