"Cold shower. No iron. The room was amazing as usual. But the amenities were lacking. Oddly enough, I had a similar experience at this location two years ago. Not well representative of the chain. Didn't recognize me as a Diamond member."

"Nice hotel for the price. My suite had a fully stocked kitchen with everything except a stove, even had a dishwasher! This would have been perfect for longer stays, but I was only there overnight. I give it 4 stars due to little details: chipped paneling in the elevator, an electrical outlet in my room didn't work, and the gym wasn't 24/7 so I wasn't able to workout. The hotel is full of apples... yes, apples everywhere, lol. I helped myself to 2 red delicious. I was also provided with complimentary bottles of water. Freddy at the front desk was amazing! He seemed to be the only one working in the hotel overnight, but he was pleasant and managed checking in guests and answering the phone with no sweat. He provided me with a 10% coupon for the restaurant next door, Aspen Creek Grill, which I don't recommend, by the way. The hotel is beautiful but needs a little TLC. I wish I had taken some pictures. I stayed on the top/ 4th floor, and enjoyed the view down into the lobby from both the overlook and the elevator with one glass side. The chandelier and artwork are nice. I found the color scheme to be very soothing, with neutrals, greens, and blues. It was just what I needed at the end of a long, weary day. I had to leave super early, around 4:30 am, and the coffee was still from the night before. The gentleman working offered to make a fresh batch right away, but I declined to wait. I would recommend this hotel for extended stays. My room was spacious and even had a decent sized closet."

"Awesome place, very well maintained, clean rooms. The couch and tv set up is quite comfortable. Bed is quite comfortable. Kitchen is fully functional with limited cutlery. Bathrooms are relatively smaller. Simple breakfast buffet. Quite some eateries near by, quite conveniently located."

"I enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet room. This hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and a Walmart. There is also a shopping mall very close by. I enjoyed the service, the staff is friendly and attentive. The kitchenette has everything necessary for cooking, except for the stove which is provided free of charge if requested."

"Rooms are clean, little Kitchenette fully stocked separate living areas. Delicious expensive ice cream. Beautiful complementary fruit water at the desk. Tight security to access the building. Overall wonderful place to stay."
