"I would not recommend this place. Everyone was nice but the building is in desperate need of repair and upgrading. Our Shower didn't work, the room left a lot a to be desired and the breakfast was poor. Having a waffle maker but no syrup for waffles was disappointing....overall we were not happy with our stay."
"While the stay here was not planned, the staff was very accommodating, friendly and courteous. They often went above and beyond expectations. Cheri the Manager, Carol from the front desk, Mike, Jose, Shay, and others were outstanding. If you need to stay somewhere in the Irving area, and enjoy a friendly, almost family like atmosphere, then this is the place for you. My kids were disappointed to leave, and made it a point to give staff hugs often, and especially when we left. Many kudos for putting together a great staff! Their understanding, help and friendliness was much appreciated."
"The room was decent, smelled like onions when I walked inside and the smoke detector would beep not too overwhelming. Service was totally awesome from check in to check out, breakfast was plentiful. Love the location. Very satisfied I will return"
