"If you want a bedroom tv that's smaller than your computer monitor, if you don't want streaming tv in your upgraded suite, if you want a creaking bathroom door that will wake the dead in the middle of the night and if you don't want coffee or eggs in the morning, then this is the place for you! Oh, and you get a fire alarm and have to evacuate down 3 flights as a bonus! Never mind, false alarm because the maintenance man, who doesn't speak any English, accidentally set it off and no one could figure out how to turn it off. Good luck at finding the GM, who apparently also works at another property. Marriott apparently doesn't have standards any more. I'm platinum, but after this experience I'm giving it up."
"Front desk staff is great. Although apparently housekeeping doesn’t tend the rooms daily and biggest complaint is the TVs are from 2008, so if you’re like me and enjoy video games after work, unless you’re rocking a Super Nintendo you’re burnt."
"It's been six months since I stayed there, however, it was not good. The staff behind the desk were good folks. No complaints there. BUT, apparently they had just cleaned all the carpets and the cleaning solution smell was totally overwhelming, even in the elevator. I only had to stay for a few hours since I was on standby for an American flight at DFW. They were giving hotel vouchers to those of us who missed our connections due to bad storms. Everything else looked fine about the place.. But the smell was awful. Glad I wasn't paying."
"The people who work here are very nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is falling apart. My room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracked walls, and my floor had been patched or something. It was like walking in a bounce house with unevenness near the bed and desk. The internet connection was very slow. It was non usable in the mornings. The TV kept crashing. The owners need to renovate this and fix the issues, not simply patch them."
"Overall, worth the cost. I'd probably stay here again. Pros: The staff is amazing. Everyone has been super friendly and accommodating. The rooms seem nice, smaller than I expected, but I am not disappointed. Cons: THERE IS NO POOL. We were told there was a pool at a sister location close by we could use, but it was being updated so we didn't get to swim. It is very loud, bring earplugs. There is a lot of road noise and the walls don't seem to be very thick. When someone closes their door the walls shake. We heard stomping over head all night as well, I think we may have been next to the stairs. There were no trash bags in the room. The tissue box was almost empty, and had tissues stuffed back into it. Luckily, that wasn't much of an issue. I'm sure if we asked for more they would have provided. This is a small nitpick, but I was disappointed that there was no bathtub. The shower was very nice, don't get me wrong, but I don't have a tub at home so I was looking forward to a soak."
