"I had to change the room two times. The first room was next to the elevator which makes very loud mechanical noise. The second room, the toilet was clogged! The third room also had an issue with the HVAC unit as it doesn't shut off when it reach the set temperature! By then I am too tired to change the room again..."

"Greeted by Shaista at front desk who was extremely friendly and welcoming! Beds super comfortable, room very spacious, shower pressure was superb and breakfast was fabulous! Given the more expensive options in the area, this was definitely worth saving over $100/night and glad we chose to stay here. Would highly recommend!!"
