"I love my apartment. The only thing ruining it for me are the kids who have apparently moved in upstairs. They are constantly running and jumping across the floor until as late as midnight.This has been happening for at least 2 months and is not what I signed up for. I moved in because it was 55 plus living. I wanted quiet living."

"Disappointed with management and their corporate office. I won't go into detail about the issue online, but overall, I had to ask for the corporate office contact number before the issue was addressed. After that I talked to someone at corporate and asked for a call back - called several times for a follow-up, left at least 3 messages, to no avail. Lastly, no one cared to address me not feeling safe due to the ongoing issue. All was stated, via email by the manager, "it's not in the contract lease that a tenant cannot do that..." There was no "thank you for contacting us", no "we will make sure everyone's safety is priority", no "we will walk the grounds to keep an eye on things", no "I'm sorry you are feeling this way", etc... If I knew this issue was going to be allowed, I wouldn't have moved here. Never had this specific issue occur at any other apartment homes."

"Our gate from Belt line has been out of order for more that 4 weeks now. Activity room and media room has been close after 6p.m. for months now and whenever we want to use them after work we can't. As a resident I went to the office and talked to them but they haven't solve anything about this two issues. They said they have been close because people were steeling things from the areas they also called me to ask if my son took the remote from media room. I felt that was so inappropriate when they have cameras in there and they can check who did it instead of accusing us since we live here. We are paying our rent a good rent on time to use all the recreation areas as we need to, so if they want to keep recreation areas close I understand, but it will be fair for us to get a key of each area so we as a resident can use them. All 3 public computers were stolen from the building months ago and they never replace them. The salon they have when I came to know this place is gone as well. Other that that place is awesome. I just called and no one answer"
