"Do not waste your time and money. This is the most unprofessional and useless management staff I’ve ever witnessed. We’ve had maintenance requests exceed 1 month before. We are currently dealing with a heater that’s been out a week! Outside temp was below freezing and the mangers of the Brandt said the leave a message and someone might get back to me after I clearly explained that multiple messages have been left. Good luck getting a call back from anyone here there incompetent to say the least."

"Totally Unprofessional ---- who helped over the phone was the assistant property manager - who was rude and took my rental application money $50.00. All of the office employees are the new age thugs that look professional but are terrible humans..... my application was denied based off of my recent credit issues- not based off of my income which i know for a fact that i make more than all of them combined..which made her playa hate and she had the audacity to throw shade on me ... I'm glad that I didn't get approved..."

"horrible experience for 3 years! 1.Front desk staffs are rude & unprofessional, they just know how to charge money, looking for any hole (which doesnt make any sense) to collect money from the residents. 2. Bad experience with cockroachs & other flying bugs in the apartment for about 1 year, & through out they are spraying water like medicine that has no effect at all but worsen the situation. Even found cockroaches in bedroom. At last i have tried the heavy treatment , i had to stay 3 hours outside the apartment but after 2 days of it i have seen cockroach again in the apartment. Its very risky becasue i have babies at home. 3. The floor venile keeps coming out of its place again & again, the maintanance guy just fix it with glue but only stays for week. Its never stayed fixed for more than 1 week. 4. 2 days ago, i faced unattended dog which came over me, it was a big dog, its dangerous, the apartment complex has no rules or regulations!! People leaving their pets free unattended. 5. pools are closed most of the time specially in summer . 6. Main gate is broken for 2 years, which is supposed to be closed all the time as they claim its gated community but its been open to anyone. I dont recommend this apartment complex at all to anyone. "Management is very rude. I even asked to speak with a supervisor and she only replied to one email, then completely ignored me no matter how many times I tried to email. They do not keep their word on any specials they offer. Pools are never open.. maybe for 2 weeks out of the year. Gates are always broken, but you are expected to pay a fee for the gates. I have heard gun shots on multiple occasions. There also was an investigation and police had to come tape up the coourtyard. When I was coming home late from work there was 4 men outside trying to break into cars. Luckily my husband called the police and they were arrested across the street at the park. I do not feel safe living here at all. My first lease here was great sadly managment has completely gone down hill. I would not suggest this place to anyone unless you don't mind waisting money. Also lots of ant hills every where. And the grass is covered in fleas. If you have pets good luck. I have had to take my dog to the vet multiple times because of the flea problems. I have tried to bring up these issues and all it got us was 50 fees added to my lease."

"Camille Anderson 837B - Yes...the photos I posted are my unit :) . My experience here has been mostly perfect compared to what others are saying. I've not had any bug problems or rodent issues or problem with staff. Only thing I hate is the maintenance man, really and that's because his personality sucks. Well... The annual rent increase sucks, but I hear all places do that? Anyway... I can't complain much. I love my floorplan because even though it's not super fancy like most high end irving places, it has FAR more potential than those places can ever hope to have. And it has open kitchen+full separate dinning which is rare at this price point and no bedroom closets in the effing bathroom, thank god!"
