"Been trying to contact them for almost a full month, they're never calling anybody back because mailbox is full The number listed in the pink sticky note is a Google voice number and it isn't even related to the company, they wrote it wrong and even tho you can tell someone lives in the leasing office no matter how much you knock, what day nor time it is they won't call back the number ending in 7352. Terrible management so if you can avoid it do so"

"Raised rent during the pandemic. Charged late fees during the pandemic. Dishwasher has been broken in the dwelling for months with stagnant water, management said they are no longer replacing dishwashers or microwaves in the homes. Garage doors are manual and break consistently. Current door broken for months. Owner is rude, bossy, and unprofessional. Property is very expensive. $1500 for a 2 bedroom and NOT worth it. Highly recommend you look elsewhere, true slumlord."

"I do not recommend to lease here!! Towne Oaks USED TO BE a great place to live at. The previous manager was very nice and made sure you were taken care off. The new owner/ manager is very arrogant, she yells at her tenants saying she doesn’t care what you say that she is the owner! It has only been a few months with new ownership and I have had many problems. There is a gate that opens into my yard on each side from both neighbors with no handle or lock on my side of the fence. When maintance comes they leave the gates open from each side without notifying me when they are done. I have dogs that can easily get out because of their negligence. One morning I woke up to strange men in my backyard. I was getting ready to take my pups out and freaked out. There were strangers in my yard with out me being notified first that maintenance was coming to work in my yard. A large amount of tree branches were left behind in my backyard for almost a month. I had to asked management multiple times to please remove tree branches from my yard till they finally listened. The manager also says she hates dogs and is getting rid of everyone who rents here with pets. I paid my pet deposits when I moved here and she argues that I did not. Today my ac unit went out in the morning. I called and left multiple messages at different hours of the day, went to the office, and the manager is nowhere to be found! In this Texas heat it’s ridiculous she can’t take care of the problem since it is an emergency! I called the maintenance emergency line more than three times and they told me they were sending Juan over almost three hours ago. I called the maintenance emergency line again to get an eta since they were supposed to be here hours ago. The lady on the emergency line did not guarantee someone coming out today she said they will come when they can. This is outrageous!! I pay way too much rent for them not to fix my ac unit in a timely manner. I’m just waiting for my lease to be over to get out of this overpriced home with horrible management!!!"

"Do not recommend this place to live, previous manager was really nice and they used to care about each necessary. “ but new owner” took Charge they don’t take care of you at all, she thinks because she’s the owner she can come to your appartment and take pictures of what you have and shout at you saying that she’s the owner and she can do whatever she wants. They came to fix the toilets without a notice and guess what some of my jewelry are missing. She increased the rent and to be honest is not worth it a lot of recidents are moving out because this rude And disrespectful lady who’s never in the office."

"Towne Oaks Townhomes used to be a nice clean place to live. The townhomes where sold 2 months ago and the the new owner is very rude, she is never at the office, never answers or returns phone calls, poor customer service skills. Instead of fixin the problems in the homes she is cutting down all the beautiful trees that are in front of all the homes, going up on the tenants rent and now she doesn't want tenants with pets.Some tennant's have lived here for years and have paid pet deposits. I would not recommend this place to live. These towne homes are not worth the price that they are asking for rent. Alot people have already moved out. I too will moving. Shame on her for messing with nature's environment. Update on Monday May 28 Memorial Day I wake up to noise guess what they tore down my wooden fence and of course my fence is across from manger fence her fence was tore down as well. But who got first priority the managers fence why because she says she is the owner. The whole world had access to all my stuff in my backyard to steal. I did call the non emergency number and asked if it was legal to tear down fences without giving notice they said that they had to give 24 to 48 hour written notice to let tenants know what they where doing. DId we get one, nope. Just got home from work and guess what there was a note on my door after the fact. I told the workers yesterday not use my outlet plugs or water because they are not paying for my eletric nor my water bill to build this fence. The note said that they are trying to make the place look nicer because previous owners left a mess what a big lie!!! The new owner is so rude when you go talk to her she doesn't even look at you eye to eye. The note also said thst they would be fixin sprinkler system of course they are so your water bill will go sky high. Like I said before they need to work on the inside of the homes instead of the outside. They cut down the trees so all the sun can face your windows so there goes more money to your electricity bill. Dont be fooled by the ouside of these homes because they sure are not worth 1,450.00 a month plus your water and electricity bill."
