Grown men smoking out in the parking lot with the drinking. When I go visit my friend on the weekends at night always out there partying and they have cameras. I can’t believe they don’t see all that."

"This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. They will cut hot water in the freezing month of December without any pre notice and wont say how Long it will take to get back. I accidentally overpaid and have been asking for my refund since over a month with no clue when I will get it. I was told it was my fault at last. Don’t waste your money in this place. It’s not worth it. It’s a piece of garbage. I encountered mice and tons and tons of cockroach to the point where I had nightmares about them. This place is hell hopefully nobody has to experience ever."

"I have lived here for 3 years and never had not one issue at all. Anytime I had an issue maintenance got the job done. The manager Anna is amazing. She’s so friendly and always works with you for anything. She has great customer service and she’s just amazing. The apartments are really big inside. Quiet area and I can’t complain about these apartments one bit. Please don’t let these reviews fool u into not wanting to move in. I never had issue with roaches or rats period!! Definitely recommend to move in and their prices are affordable. Gave 5 ⭐️"

"actually 2,5 tars let me be as honest as I can so rate for yourself - close to the office, you will like the place (far from the office, you will not like this place) - take the time to drive inside the parking so you can have an idea PROs *good price for the location (not necessarily cheap but OK PRICE) *Spacious apartments compared to many others in the neighborhood *Close to parks, store, Gas stations, college, mall, you get the idea... *Maintenance response "prompt"(48h) only when management bothers calling them *two "OK size" pools *neighbors smile you often (at least), and are not invasive *they struggle to keep buildings clean *people in the office are quite respectful (they are not there to be your friends) but there is constantly a new assistant (not my busyness) *No towing (not sure if its a good thing) CONs *anybody from anywhere can bring 10 different cars and park then here for months and never be bothered. I personally see people walking from across the street to come get their car early in the morning *Pest Control is a joke (do it yourself and maybe you will have a 3 to 5 month relief) *People steal your stuff and management can't do anything about it *No playground for kids *No fitness *one unique location for mailboxes on one extremity of the complex *front of complex kept clean, back of complex super dirty *Management unable to keep trash inside dumpster AT ALL *exclusively SPANISH MUSIC plays very loud every Saturday *No handicap parking (spot) around blocks. they are located on the far end next to the office ONLY"
