"Worse apartments to live in manager Deloris likes to throw rocks and hide her hands. They charge us for valet trash pick up and I watch them thru the window throw the trash in the dumpster outside. Also giving a rental insurance violation when you have insurance. Don’t want to fix anything and very unprofessional Deloris hung the phone up in my face today and how you shut dwn online pay the day before rent is due. Liz is cool and Tasha the old manager was cool too. Will not be renewing my lease and looking now to move. They don’t do anything abt the weed that the tenants smoke you just have to inhale it and deal with the headaches bc they to lazy to make ppl abide by the lease. I can go on and on. JUST DNT MOVE HERE TRASH..If I could give a big fat zero the size of her husband I would."

"Apartment is old with old appliances. Washer broke down thrice, during my one year stay. They didn’t respond to request to get it fixed unless we sent an emergency request, and we were told to send emergency request only when it’s leaking or the apartment is flooding. Parking space was allotted but neighbor would park in our space.Roaches were everywhere. The cabinet is very old, wood used to make it looks like it would fall off any day. Had to stop using top cabinet, cause it started creaking after placing just one jar on it, the very first day. And they will bill you for all sorts of things when you leave,( will bill you final water bill on top of monthly water bill you paid). They are upgrading now, I guess. I hope things change for better and they learn a few things from the feedbacks given by its residents."
