"I really like my apartment. It's very comfortable and feels like a "home." It can be noisy outside sometimes, but 94% of the time it's pretty quiet. It may take maintenance a while to show up, depending on the severity of the need, but when they do they get things done, DONE. Most of my neighbors, in my building, mind their own business. The office staff is very nice, professional and care about the community."

"Place was wonderful to live in, then some new group of kids had moved in and it's been a terrible experience. Despite not interacting with them in any way we've been a target their harassment and "pranks". We've had eggs thrown at our windows, constantly hitting our main door, their ball hits our windows. We've complained numerous times but nothing has been done. We're already looking to move to another location."
