"Estates at Las Colinas is the worst! Run, run, run! We had a horrifying experience with them, and I implore you to steer clear of Estates at Las Colinas. They persistently attempted to withhold our security deposit money! My roommate and I stayed at Estates at Las Colinas during a summer internship in the area. Our experience was dismal; they were incredibly unresponsive regarding the security deposit. Despite making over 100 calls and sending numerous emails with questions about the security deposit, they consistently promised to get back to us, but they never did. We persisted in calling and applying pressure to receive our security deposit money back. Eventually, we did receive a check seven months later, only for Estates at Las Colinas to reverse the check and take the money back!!!! They are actively trying to steal our money! When we reached out to them again, both by phone and email, regarding the check being reversed, they played the same old game — pretending to be clueless about why the check was reversed. We are beyond frustrated with them; it has been seven months, and they continue to feign ignorance about the situation. Every time they say that they will get back to us, it has never happened — over those more than seven months. Please, stay away from Las Colinas."

"Estates is a peaceful place to live. Management is on point when it comes down to handling maintenance requests, or any type of issues at hand. I have been residing here for three months now and so far haven’t had any issues.Although some apartments are different from the others. If they could remodel the bathroom and bring it out some more, it would be nice other than that I like my apartment just the bathroom need to be a little bit bigger. however, I think the person that lived here before was a smoker because sometimes I get that scent within my apartment from time to time but I have to figure out what I need to do in order to kill that scent. But it is very very spacious: my front room and my dining area and my bedroom are very spacious, I was more concerned about the bedroom because of what I have for my bedroom, but I am grateful and thankful of being here."

"This complex is something to remember When you moved out. Estates at Las Colinas is my first apartment I ever rented and the staff are nicest and helpful when you need them the most. I had trouble at first because it was my first renting but I learn a lot in being a residential. If there any orders or issues. Staff and maintenance will try to solve your problems to keep you happy. My leasing is almost ending and I wish I can stayed at the complex because I made many new friend’s here and it’s perfect for someone who not from the states"

"Do not recommend. Moved in Aug 2023, made request for maintenance inside my apartment on the form as new resident, it’s Oct 2023 and not one single thing has been fixed/done. Dishwasher has rotten food from previous tenant, bathtub paint is coming off, missing shelves inside the closet of my bedroom, doors need to be pushed really hard for it to open, outlets not working properly, mirror on bathroom has rust all over it. This week I come in to my apartment and part of the ceiling paint is all over my floor. I requested maintenance the same day I saw the issue, this Monday will be 1 week since I made that request and my apartment still looks the same. Trying to break my lease, no answer either. Horrible place to live in. Outside of the buildings at night, it’s super dark and unsafe. I have texted the phone number you guys have for services. Called, left voicemail and emailed. Don’t reply saying to pass by your office if you are not gonna resolve the issues like the other residents. 0 stars from me if I could."

"I am a brand new tenant and I have to admit that I was really worried about living here after reading all the bad reviews, but I feel it's important to tell about my experience. Shena is the leasing agent I worked with and she really went above and beyond to make sure my apartment looked nice and that I got a parking space next to my building. There were quite a few issues when I moved in but they were all addressed and fixed within the first 24 hours. Everyone in the office generally seemed concerned that my move-in went smoothly and that all my concerns were addressed. Thank you team for taking care of business!"
