"A Nightmare Infested with Roaches I can't express how disappointing my experience has been living in this apartment. The roach infestation is beyond unbearable, making my time here a living nightmare. From day one, I've been battling these pests, and it's become clear that the management's indifference to the issue is a major problem. The first time I spotted a roach scurrying across the kitchen counter, I assumed it was an isolated incident. Little did I know that it was just the beginning of an ongoing struggle. Despite my repeated complaints to the management, the response has been lackluster at best. A single visit from an exterminator wasn't enough to solve the problem, and the infestation persisted. The roaches have invaded every nook and cranny of the apartment. They're in the cabinets, the bathroom, and even the bedroom. No matter how clean I keep the space, they keep coming back. It's not just about the embarrassment of having guests over; it's about feeling like my health and well-being are at risk. I've tried every over-the-counter remedy and home remedy out there, but nothing seems to work. I've had to throw away food, seal every crack and crevice, and still, the roaches persist. I wake up at night to the sound of them scuttling across the floor, and it's affecting my sleep and mental state. What's truly disheartening is the lack of urgency from the management. Numerous calls and emails have fallen on deaf ears, and their promises of "taking care of the issue" have proved empty. It's evident that they're more concerned about filling vacancies than maintaining the quality of life for their residents. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment to anyone. The roach infestation is a pervasive and distressing problem that the management seems unwilling or incapable of addressing. Save yourself the frustration and potential health hazards; look elsewhere for a place to call home."
