"I wanted to leave a review regarding the current Maintenance crew. Jesus has been so great and professional. Whenever I put in a maintenance order he’s very prompt and gets the job done. He speaks every time I see him which is important to residents. Rudy is also nice as well."

"Extremely displeased with the lack of care to fix issues around the property. In particular, we have had our mail boxes being broken into multiple times and NOTHING is being done about it. The security does not work, and renovations for this issue to resolve this are not being done - that is MUCH needed for the residents confidentiality. At this point, the management is just as responsible for not getting this issue fixed and more secure for the residents protection and confidentiality. Do something about the security so that the fricken people get caught and fix the mailboxes so our mail can actually get delivered. Absolutely not ok!!! Our friends have mentioned they had personal documents, gift cards, and birthday cards stolen from their mail box when they first moved here in JUNE. WHY IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE?!?! FIX IT!!!!!!!!"

"Anna's promotion to assistant is well-deserved, and I couldn't be prouder of her. The property manager Karen is also delightful, and the maintenance team is prompt and thorough with every request made including my need of them having protective shoe ware when entering my home. The community boasts a variety of floor plans-(I opted for the smallest 1x1 which is perfect for just me and at the front) creating a serene and quiet environment. Crime has no address- I was informed of my neighbors car broken into, which was an unfortunate turn of event for she is a pleasant lady and this incident caused a huge inconvenience. As I can only speak on my experience being, I have not had any issues. The community is conveniently located and close to Dallas. Take a tour and decide for yourself if it’s your spec."

"I toured this place and saw the model and fell in love, little did I know that the actual units are much different. I went ahead and toured the actual units and the only nice thing about them were the size for the money and sliding door. The actual units are a real landlord special. The walls and cabinets look like they have about 20 coats of paint on them. The linoleum flooring is not installed correctly, you definitely hear crunching from air bubbles when you walk. The kitchen "Island" in this floor plan is as tall as my shoulders. Each apartment I toured smelled like cigarettes. I highly recommend viewing the actual apartments if you decide to live here."

"Such a peaceful place to live. Moved in last year Anna really sold us the place the first place we saw with spacious restrooms! The pools are so fun in summer and so well kept we always see them servicing them with the needed chemicals yet never a burning smell of bleach. Truly Love GVR and this community"
