"I have been dealing with no hot water issues since last year! The past 6 months it has gotten progressively worse. Every single week. Sometimes multiple times a week we do not have hot water. Not only that I have had a hole in my roof going on 2 years now. We have put in multiple maintenance requests to have this fixed and no resolution. Not only that but water leaks through this hole. By now I’m sure there is mold in the unit I live in. I also put in a request to have my faucet sink repaired. Nothing done with that either. They thought it was a bright idea to re-paint the car port with peoples cars under it! Leaving paint on everyone’s cars. People work too hard for their money for it to go to an apartment complex that has poor management and no consideration of their tenants. Yet they have the money to renovate balconies, re-brand from Cielo Azul to Irving park, renovate their front office, AND renovate the pool area. Currently going on 4 days with no hot water."

"These apartments have been messing with my water trust. Every single Tuesday, like clockwork, they shut off the water for maintenance since early spring 2023, and here we are in January 2024. You'd think they'd fix it by now. But it gets worse. It's not just Tuesday; there are random water shutdowns during the week. Last week, it was Tuesday for maintenance and out of the blue on Thursday. And guess what? This week, it's Thursday again randomly. Having no warm water in the morning and coming back tired from work to the same issue is a real pain. There's more wrong with these apartments, but this water situation is the main headache for me and I’m sure many other residents. Seriously, look for another place. Don't waste your money on these apartments."

"We have less than a month (12 days) of 2024! And we missed hot water several days! Terrible!! They charged you for a spot in the parking lot but if someone parks in your spot sorry find a guess parking… there is no body to contact! Just terrible customer service. They are fixing the apartments (pool, office and the look - just superficial) for what??? To charge you more but those things don’t matter if the real issues aren’t fix! WATER for example! Save your money and look for something that worth it!!"
