"As a resident of Creekwood Apartments for over seven years, I can attest to the exceptional experience this community offers. One of the standout features is the prompt and efficient maintenance team who consistently address and resolve issues to my satisfaction. Additionally, my wing comprises long-term residents who are quiet and vigilant, creating a strong sense of camaraderie and security. The excellent insulation in the walls minimizes noise disruptions, enhancing the overall living environment. Moreover, the leasing office staff are unfailingly friendly and courteous, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the community. "AC can't keep up - its too little. We have already bought curtains to block sunlight, it does not help. The AC units are too small to be efficient for the cubic space. We need 3.5 - 4 ton units. They are 2 in most places. Noisy tenants sometimes ruin the late night peace (stereos). Other tenants are great and peaceful. Tenants from across the street at a different complex drink, smoke weed, throw beer cans onto Creekwood property as they use our parking areas. Had to start reporting it to get some peace again. It's a good complex, but it has some issues. Some apartments are great looking, some look like a 30 coats of paint on an 80s apartment with terrible cabinets that are oversprayed with paint mist. Sloppy make-ready. Hot water use: wasting about 10 gallons of water while you wait for it to get hot enough to shower - yes in the summer it still takes that long to get warm/hot water at 5-6am. Then it's scalding hot - enough to burn you. They've been working on the boilers & spoke about circulation pumps, so we hope it gets fixed. Can't use the oven until fall because the vent-a-hood vents right into the room instead of outside vent stacks. It makes the AC struggle. Therefore, you pay more to keep a tolerable ambient temp. It's 82-85F in our apartment every summer day above 97F... depending on which room you are in with - no oven use at all - during the hottest summer days. Generally, we keep the thermostat at 78F, but it cannot do it on the hottest days. Cloudy days are somewhat better. It's all because the AC units are somewhat inadequate (too small of tonnage). Management has been professional. We appreciate and like the community. We thank them. But there are some infrastructure issues that affect the quality of life you have in the summer/winter. Oncor charges too much for "delivery charges" for whichever electric service you use. Big property companies should fight against that for their customers/tenants. Getting charged $60+ to run $85 of Kwh for a month. Like I said, Oncor is taking full advantage of the renters here. So watch your power."

"When we first stumbled upon this apartment on the apartment website, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Elizabeth is the most thoughtful, fun manage. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The location was incredible. Elizabeth had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable."

I am grateful for Jocelyn always remembering the specifics, responding to any questions and respecting the privacy and comfort of my temporary home. Maintenance Jose was respectful, informative and come at the time frame I needed, to resolve my issues. What a great community to lean on. Way to hit it out of the park!"

"Creekwood was my home for 2 years. If I was coming home in daylight or walking in my door at midnight I felt safe. I didn't have to complete too many work orders since being here maybe 4-5. The maintenance team was always prompt. There hasn't been a hot water issue for over a year. If there was a problem Elizabeth in the office took care of the job ASAP. The only true problem I had with the property was parking. You get your own parking space and there is a option to purchase an additional space but when there is more than one vehicle per unit and limited free spots to park, I found myself walking across the parking lot many times. The additional space cost more than the first and further than the first and does not come covered so i opted out of paying additional cost. Again, I always felt safe so I didn't mind it. You will build a relationship with ladies in the office and they do treat you like family. The only reason I have to leave is due to my job relocating me other than that I would of stayed at the property longer. They are always putting the residents first and making the property look good with paint jobs, adding the gazebo and grills, etc. You won't regret moving here."
