"This is a review on this apartment uninhabitable living conditions I have informed management and staff of my current situation with the continuous infestation of roaches and crickets all over my living space. I informed her that I have never lived in any apartment that has had this many roaches and now crickets in my apartment. I explained that in my appliances I have encountered small roaches coming out of my toaster, mixer and stove while cooking where I had to dispose of them. I also mentioned that while using the restroom I had a roach crawling up my leg while in use. The horror of living in these uninhabitable living conditions is beyond me . Now, I have witnessed the exterminator come into my dwelling and mediocrity spray very little if not just walk around with a small syringe and place it in some corners not all. On another note I had communicated to the office manager that I noticed that I was being charged a monthly fee for pest control since March of this year and not once had I seen pest control, she informed me that I would have to call them to schedule pest control for my unit. I had never been advised of this upon moving in. Now moving forward I have received a notice stating that they will be conducting  a mandatory full pest control for the whole community. This is much needed but they also need to go around and cover all open holes/ cracks within the apartment unit. I have gone out of my way to purchase roach killer and other things to help manage the roach infestation out of my own pocket. Please be advised that I will continue on expressing my concerns about this issue."

"I've been here about 2.5 months and honestly I love the apartment I hate the roaches but the apartment & the comunity its self is very beautiful every one is really welcoming, and if you have dogs trust they will have a friend. As far as the office they don't take accountability for anything for example they lost my keys to the apartment less than 24 hours after I moved in and she basiclly said we can change all the locks but if lost again we can't recharge them. Second: I let them know about the roach problem since move in it took a total of 4 weeks to spray may apartment ( since the first time they came to spray the office allegedly didn't have a key to my unit) she said the reason for the delay is due to my WFH schedule I advised I could vacate any day just need a 24 hour notice since the day they scheduled originally it wasn't on my preferred day, I'd say my experience may not be your experience, but I hope this helps you make a decide"

"I’m new to the complex and was having some issues. I just spoke with Genesis and it’s so refreshing to converse with management who listens and also assist with the issue at hand. I really do appreciate her and Heather for their patience and kindness to the tenants! Also the upgrades are really nice in the apartment and the bedroom is very spacious!"
