"Never any water!! Me and my mom have been here for 2 years unfortunately. Within the two, there always seems to be an issue with the water. It’s either off, or can’t get hot water. Today it was off and when it came back on the water is running dirty or cloudy, even after waiting about an hour or two. They rarely send out notices that the water will even be off, nobody should have to worry about whether their going to have water or not. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. Also bugs, and the pool is always closed during the summer because they don’t plan in an adequate amount of time in advance to get their inspections together before the summer months."

"Can't get maintenance to do the work orders properly. I have put in same maintenance request for my dishwasher 5 times and they keep saying it's fixed and closing out request. Plus we pay for pest control every month but unless you go and request them to come they don't and when they do come they only spray where you say you have spotted pest they don't just come and maintain your whole apt."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have had no a/c for over a week! (Its almost summer!) We have submitted like 5 maintenance requests and reached out to TI communities and no one has came or contacted us. It is a complete nightmare! The office staff is not helpful at all and there is always someone new! All our neighbors have had horrible experiences here as well. Also, they are always cutting off the water! We WILL be contacting code enforcement for their negligence. They are going to probably reply and say go by the office, but nothing gets done! It’s inhumane the way tenants are expected to live!"

"Not going lie I was skeptical at first because of the reviews before moving in. But I feel pretty safe in this area, my daughter has bus transport that comes by school. And my apartment looks good. I had issues with water pressure upon moving in but eventually they were fixed!!"
