"I stayed here for more than a year. Great location with access to walking trails opposite to cimarron park. The apartment had all recent upgrades in appliances inside (compared to near by apartments which was missing) and the maintenance team was helpful in addressing request in a day or two (not had much) since it was maintained well throughout. Rent might look a little higher for few but with AT&T unlimited Internet, and Garage the near by apartments also comes under the same price overall. I had to reduce one star since i felt the application fee , admin fee, move out cleaning fee, trash fee was lot higher and i had to pay a high deposit amount as part of move in which i came to know only after the application was submitted... I got it back promptly when i moved out since there was no damages. This does not come under Coppell school county which is a minus.. opposite to apartment is tom laundry public school and can apply for universal academy charter school UA Coppell but bus stop is not available for UA.. need to drop and pickup from highlands of valley ranch apartment daily for school bus .. I would recommend to friends for their great location, near by park , maintenance and prompt attention in case of any issues raised.."
"The only good thing about this place is the location and the trail across the street. I enjoyed Campion trail every week and miss it but would never go back to rent with Camden Cimarron for the following very good reasons. First, I lived on 111 Cimarron Trl Apt 2097 second floor for about 14 months, beautiful view but the floor layer too thin that the neighbors downstairs would be bothered by us just walking normally and they would make a bunch of noise and music all loud during the day and some nights (mind you I do not have kids and weight less than 130 lbs). There was a very weird smell coming from the stairs connecting to the garage so strange that smell ugh it gave me headaches and it was repugnant and it was coming from the downstairs neighbor. I thought it smelled like they were cooking some type of chemical (s) down there. Second, when I signed the contract and left the keys to the office as agreed and I have proof of the dates I gave notice on time before I left and completed my contract. The apartment was left in good conditions. I have pictures on the conditions I left it in and a witness but that did not matter to them. They charge me $350 for cleaning and other rent "days" not sure what that meant since I left the apartment as agreed on the contract but they were trying to charge me for the days it takes them to get the apartment in contract for the next tenant, very unfair and like always they never want to lose money. Third, they make you go under AT&T for the wifi. Be warned you don't have to get cable but you have to call AT&T and let them know that or else they will charge you for things you do not need. The AT&T technician came and installed the new modem and router and never heard back from them until I left the apartment about a week after I left that apartment they were asking for the modem and router and I told them they never notified me to return it. I contacted the Camden Cimarron office they said nobody there got it but I am certain the people they hire to clean their apartments took it and probably threw it away. So I end up paying about $170 to AT&T for that and just the whole experience living here and exiting this contact was a nightmare. Thanks Camden for giving me a heads up on where to return the AT&T modem and router I hope they get sued for making their tenants go with AT&T who are a rip off not sure how they have survived as a company I rather go with Spectrum."
"Great location with access to walking trails and a nearby park. The area feels safe and my unit was always well-kept and had no major issues (never saw a single bug my whole time there). The maintenance team and staff were always super responsive and helpful. Would recommend living here!"
"I lived here for about two years and initially moved during covid. The location is impeccable but the apartments, customer service, and building amenities are not worth the trouble. This property brand will never have me a resident again. You can never get anyone from the leasing office on the phone. When you’re transferred to the central office their customer service is also underwhelming. The response rate for communication is terrible. The apartments are overpriced and my rent was raised $200 during COVID. When I disputed the response was they need to remain consistent with “the market.” The valet trash is inconsistent but you still have to pay even when bags of trash pile up by the dumpster. The water is constantly shut off with zero notice, and sometimes for hours at a time during inclement weather. The pool was disgusting, but we still pay for amenities with no credit when not accessible. The walls of the apartments are so thin my building would shake when nearby neighbors closed their doors. The AT&T service doesn’t align with the property, so for months I was notified of a suspended AT&T account, when I was paying Camden directly for my service. Camden took no responsibly in resolving this and I had to take initiative to make sure my personal information and account were not comprised. Complaints are not taken seriously and our community wall is a joke full of unhappy residents. The location was the only thing I loved about this apartment. Don’t lease here unless you have money to waste and don’t mind inconsistency with lack of structure."
"This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to getting a living or going for a nice run with someone or by yourself. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didn't request too much to enjoy. If your looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. I use to have this as my backyard view. Really fun time."
