"That is lowest option so 1* otherwise would have been 0 Community management is not at all co operative or understanding. They do not treat you like customers so forget about customer respect or satisfaction. I am calling office for 3 months now about additional damage waiver charges (renters policy) and no one said a word about anything pending from my side. Again this month I called regarding same and after 3 months lady on call saying your spouse is not on policy. If I am primary applicant and I have approved policy how it is different and why only now? Im leaving in same apt for 6 yrs. They just want to post the charges and not remove. I am paying renters charges from my insurance company which is approved by their community own system plus additional charge $13 each month community posting. Again their process sucks, you get your own insurance, then send to some third party for approval , once it is approved send he approval email to office along with insurance copy even after all this its not guaranteed that you wont have charges because you have to call office to make sure its accepted they wont inform you. And directly post charges. Too much hassle, its not resident problem that you can not verify details, if you keep some system you need to be responsible for notifying customers not just post charges every month"
"I’m only giving 1 star because 0 star isn’t an option. Please do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else! The water is practically (for up to 4 days at a time) always off and when it’s on, there’s no hot water. At whatever time you call the office to ask about the hot water is the exact time they were “just about” to send you an email but the email will never come. They once called me to tell me they needed to enter my apartment because they suspected I had a leak. I asked the person to call my back to confirm if I did have a leak and if I had sustained any damage to my property. No one ever called me back, I spent the whole day at work worried that my home was flooded. I had left some cash on my coffee table for my cleaning lady and whoever went into my apartment stole it. I immediately called the office about it and they gave me the run around for 2 weeks. When I finally got a response, it was to tell me that the log/register which records who went into my apartment had been erased. That Jay fellow in the office is completely clueless. If you get him when you call, don’t bother asking for anything. He won’t take action on your request, he won’t call you back and when you call back, he won’t remember your previous conversation. Nichole will apologize 10 ways to Sunday that “you feel that way” or that you had “a negative experience” without ever addressing your concern or doing anything to resolve your issue. They will ignore your maintenance request for weeks, then 3 people will show up on the same day to fix the same thing. My pantry door keeps falling off the hinges, they literally just place it back without actually fixing it. Take your money elsewhere, this community is trash!"
"love my new apartment! I've submitted at least six work orders and none have been completed. Maintenance came one day to work on ice machine. Left without anything on ice machine and worked on Faucet in kitchen left with it in the same state. Also it appears someone broke in and left the strike side shattered and did a terrible job repairing wood strike side of jam. Unsecure at best. I did get a message work order completed, not at all!"
"I read the reviews and thought they couldn't be so bad. The area is nice, but, TRUST THE REVIEWS! I've only been here 3 weeks, and they keep turning off the water every other day. They need to hire new plumbers or do something new, because it's not working! I think we should be able to break out of the leasing contract because this is unacceptable. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am currently gathering signatures and will be contacting the city. They should be fined."
"Absolutely nightmarish living situation - DO NOT move here unless, for some reason, you don't need water to survive. Over Memorial Day weekend and into the rest of the week, we were entirely without water and could not shower, wash hands or dishes, and even flush the toilet. These apartments were built several decades ago and are obviously very poorly maintained. Over the last 6 months we have lost access to water or hot water literally 20 times - which I know because I reached out to the Regional Manager about the issue. She was also largely unhelpful and sent a brief "sorry that happened to you, but there's nothing we can do" type of response. There were no offers of repayment for the other living accommodations I've had to find nor any offer to otherwise accommodate residents in any way. It is INSANE. Don't be fooled by apartment responses saying to "Come talk with us to discuss this issues." There's no point. They don't help in any way. It is a health and safety hazard at this point to go without water for so long. I'm considering filing a complaint to the city. For transparency- I pay $1748 a month here (plus other fees) for a 1br + office and it is NOT WORTH IT. Your money is much better spent in a nicer, more modern, more maintained area where you can rest easy knowing you have a hot shower and use your restroom at the end of your day."
