"Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The very definition of slumlords who take advantage of working class people and families. Apartment at Las Brisas was seemingly ok. Walls are paper thin. I could here my neighbor shaving, using the restroom and walk around in the apartment next to me. Said neighbor was a belligerent drunk that would blast music and drunkenly sing at the top of his lungs. Actually all the neighbors did that. He was just the most aggressive and annoying one. There was rarely a peaceful weekend/night. The windows leaked water during storms, right onto a power outlet. Plenty of exposed wires outside. Someone tried to break in one evening. The real kicker is we had a sewage leak. One of the pipes were not capped. Maintenance came and “capped” it. Literally just threw duck tape on it. After complaining they came and capped it properly. But that wasn’t actually the culprit. And upon inspection by mr Moffitt himself, who I highly doubt is a licensed plumber, he decided rather than fixing whatever plumbing issues they had of raw sewage to kick us out. His Exact words “well, you can just leave” and we did. Again, slumlords. Good luck with your karmic debt."

"Connie almazan was very rude when i called to let them know that my windows were leaking. As soon as my lease is up im gonna move out. PS my windows still haven't been fixed. I was told I needed to get renters insurance to cover any losses, but renters insurance only covers MAJOR water damage not leaking windows. Turns out her name is April and not Connie!! She lied about her name!!"

"April is not rude but most definitely not friendly. Be cautious because she will tell a price over the phone and then change it on you once you are there. If you try to explain to her what she said she gets VERY aggressive."

"Great management place. Everyone in there just wonderful, April and Cynthia so adorable. I've been renting since like almost 5 years ago and am very pleased with every different house or apartment that I've had been on renting. They resolve issues quick and fix anything right away."

"April is EXTREMELY RUDE when talking to you & they claim to call you about an issue but they never do. If you have children I don’t recommend you rent with them as they don’t fix wobbly stairs & threaten to evict you if your child runs inside your apartment at 2pm due to “excessive noise.” The contract states they fumigate every 3 months & ive been here for over six months and have only seen them do it once when I first got the apartment. They’re only nice to you when trying to get you to rent an apartment.they also claim to have given you an apartment ready to move in but they didn’t even have a shower head when I arrived and there was a hole in the wall that was never fixed, which I’m sure she’ll blame on me."
