"I been living here for 3 years . And yes the plumbing is definitely an issue. However in my case it was fixed . I see people write a lot bad comments about Unique. I can’t say nothing bad about here . She is indeed like me. I treat people like they treat me . Something to think about . The old supervisor Lori is a racist. I never been disrespected by anyone like this lady . She has the title of the Manager , however just sits in her chair and dictates. So people need to see that the office staff only can do what she allows . And I get it that people get upset. Not the staff fault. Definitely Lori!!!! The new supervisor I can’t say anything about , had not the plessure to meet him . The laundry room is definitely an issue and I wish Management would step in to get them fixed . Since they rent out the space and the washers get maintenance from someone else . Big big problem . However I think it is tenant fault as well. Many people here don’t take care of the machines . I live in one of the lofts and I love ❤️ Every place has issues . However communication is the key ."

"I lived here for 5 years and I can honestly say that the office staff (mainly Unique) and the new supervisor are extremely rude and have no business working with people. The former supervisor Lori and Joe were the only ones who went out of their way for the tenants. In the 5 years I was there, not one of the leaks I reported were fixed. The AC is always broken and the after hours service is not available on weekends. So if the AC gives out on Friday then you are out of luck until Monday. I am so glad to be out of that hell hole. Please people, don't rent here, you will be throwing your money away. You are better off living in a box than here."

"They are better than some apartments and will work with you. They do need to update things but they are pretty good. Have always worked with my husband and I."

"I’ve lived at this apartments for a while now and it’s a big no for me. Plumbing is horrible. There’s a water leak like 3 times a month. Maintenance enters the apartment without notice. I’ve called to complain about it and the lady was extremely rude. Asking about my bf staying there without caring that men entered my apartment without permission"

"We've been living here for about 4yrs now and all I can say is nope, I don't recommend this apartments. After constant service request of the same issue over and over especially plumbing, they take weeks even months to do something about it and that's only cause we keep telling them to fix certain things by the way still waiting and some that were placed almost a year ago. After telling them if placing a washer and dryer was an option the manager quickly said no it's against policy even tho they told me I could when I moved in. As soon as they heard that there were tubing that were for the washer they quickly came in and removed them, wish they work that fast to fix what we had asked a year ago"
