"I live here. Apartments are spacious and offer things like two restrooms (one for guests and a private one for you). A private patio for having a cookout or just relaxing outside. A private laundry room for you own washer/dryer. Now the negatives, the buildings are OLD and in need of updating. They just recently informed tenants that we will no longer have a swimming pool and it is getting filled in, and lastly the rent price went up THREE times in the last six to seven months. It went up from over $600 in December, to over $700 then about a month ago went up to $780!! Still trying to decide if it's worth that price or not. Not sure yet.... UPDATE: the newest manager is not good at keeping accurate track of rent payments. Even though he is the one that writes the receipts. I'm now looking at moving. Can't and won't recommend this place. This should be a zero star rating but it won't allow me to give less than one."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! They lost my rent from July TWICE. And keep coming to my door to try to collect it’s September. How do you lose a money order twice? I am not paying that extra fee and I will be reporting these apartments to the proper authorities. The landlords have been losing my money and trying to make it my problem. DO YOUR DAMN JOB! I leave them in the door you say to leave it in and yall cashed it ( I called) and lost them. UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t come to my door because I have receipts. I will not be removing this and even after the issue is fixed I will be reporting you to whoever I need to. This does not need to happen to anybody else and if the office needs to be replaced with competent people then replace them!"

"What we thought to be a good deal and safe place to live, turned out to be the furthest thing from the truth and a TOTAL NIGHTMARE! The complex is Under NEW Management and in my opinion is rude, disrespectful, seems to be prejudiced. This management seems to target individuals whom may be inexperienced with the Tenet/Landlord laws. In my opinion seems to be in the process of trying to move anyone whom has Emotional Support Animals and/or ADA situations or whom rented under the cheaper rates with the older management. Please know your Landlord/Tenant Laws before renting from this company and READ EVERYTHING between signing. Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING, take pictures of your payments. Arm oneself with knowledge. Since Oscar left, it has been a rental Nightmare. We will never live here again!"

"The manager, Oscar, is extremely unprofessional. My girlfriend and I had applied for an apartment about a month or two ago, he had said the old tenants should be out by mid december, while apartments.com said december 10th. My girlfriend had been calling for updates during the beginning of december, as we had already sent an application and had been approved. He quickly began ducking our calls and acting very unprofessional. I gave him a call, and he answered immediately. He told me to call the following day so we could schedule a tour of the apartment, and when i called he didnt answer. He finally called from his cell phone, and said our calls had been showing up as scam likely. This is obviously false because my girlfriend had been contacting him through that number with no issues. I let all that slide and scheduled two tours, one for Thursday 12/16/21, and one for Saturday 12/18/21. Today was my girlfriends tour, and he told her an hour before the tour that the old tenants chose to stay in the apartment. Thanks for nothing Oscar, grow some balls and tell us if something isn't gonna work out in the first place."
