"If I could review this with a ZERO or any NEGATIVE number 10 times below zero I WOULD. Everything seemed good at first until after a month and then there were SEVERAL disappointments and disadvantages!!! You have to be very cautious and careful because of the lease they can misinform you of important information when you verbally ask for clarifications then play senile like they can’t remember the conversation simply because you are trusting their morals and professionalism. They purposely will tell you one thing then you will find yourself paying HUNDREDS of money because of the misinformation verbally given when you specifically asked for clarification over and over. They will do anything to make sure you spend the amount of your deposit money, if not more, if they do refund it back. They are liars, unsanitary, and deceitful. They put me in a situation where I could have been severely injured and harmed and instead of seeking legal action or not knowing if I could I was naive and still trusting because it was an “accident”.. although that accident could have been PREVENTED by proper maintenance! I usually get along with people, I don’t like problems or drama and I NEVER had problems at any other residence prior so I kept my mouth shut and was naive because I knew I needed a place to live and didn’t want problems. I was just lucky/blessed I wasn’t physically hurt because I moved out of the way in time but some of my belongings were damaged and I was foolish to think everything was okay because I didn’t get physically hurt! After speaking to the neighbors that is what made it known that the situation was VERY PREVENTABLE because they received the initial cause of the situation and told me it wasn’t fixed for months! They had these people living poorly then had the audacity to move someone in a nearby apartment to suffer more of the consequences! They tell you one thing to pretend they’re going to accommodate THEIR mistakes but after several attempts to ensure you’re not being misled or misinformed AGAIN they eventually conclude by using the lease as a loophole/excuse not to keep their word. During my move in things were extremely unsanitary, broken, and disgusting! Due to being busy with work I was trying to be positive that I had a roof over my head and of course when you live somewhere you know how to clean up and fix things to make it convenient to be happy in your environment and when I moved out I left it spotless. I made sure everything looked like it came out of a magazine, it was left in more than satisfactory conditions. I even wiped down the walls, shined the rail things in the oven and the thing over the stove. I cleaned every crevice possible in every room…which was NOT the same fortune or experience I had moving in! I could have literally been exposed to blood borne pathogens because of very VISIBLE and obvious reasons which I’m not exaggerating and being 100% truthful. For the accommodations they will make to keep you quiet or satisfied for the moment you will find yourself PAYING the consequences of being trusting later! DO NOT MOVE HERE if you don’t plan to live here forever because your move out will be a living hell! During the move out Clarissa couldn’t even look me in the face because she knew she was wrong and I even asked her one final question for confirmation which I recently found out was another opportunity of being misinformed by an alleged “professional” that would lead to me having to pay more money! $$$ I would not be surprised if I get another random bill months later. Once you go online to the portal all of the payment history won’t even be available so take screenshots, record all of your conversations with these people because at any time they can change the information on the portal. I should’ve wrote this review MONTHS ago but I was trying to be nice because I thought I could put the inconveniences in the past but I just keep on being inconvenienced! Don’t underestimate these people! There was even a break in down the street and they came to ask me questions about it as if I’d know!"

"Disgusting. They scam and lie. Do NOT move in. They lie about features, spacing, and mold issues. Then they scam you out of your deposit even though you leave the place better looking AND cleaner than when you first moved in."

"Very great place to live! The work orders are done promptly! The staff is very friendly and the property very clean! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working and in order! I highly recommend San Miguel! Cesar is great!"

"Staff sucks. Pools always dirty. The entire complex is also dirty.. they never clean the carpets even when they “send their staff” to do it... they rarely clean the trash around the apartments. Water pressure sucks... we also had an emergency and needed the apartment of my family member opened and they refused because they weren’t open but yet sitting in the office. Washers suck always leaking.. It’s just a terrible place to be."

"Eh, the website said they had a clubroom with fireplace but I'm assuming its imaginary because I've never seen it. They go in your apartment without permission. The pool is always closed or dirty. And when I moved into my place the carpet was still wet with ants as my roommates. Not the worst but defiantly not the best."
