"Don’t stay here… management is horrible. Aileen or I think her name is Arlene will make your experience so horrible due to her defensiveness on anything. I had other neighbors mention this issue as well as some of the people that worked with her too. Management isn’t helpful with any of the issues and make things more difficult than they have to be. Trust me. Go elsewhere."
"We have lived here for almost a year now and I can say we love this place. The apartments are nice and large for the one bedroom we have. Staff has always been really friendly and helpful. We had a couple of repair issues when we first moved in and maintenance came in and took care of it the next day. Overall very happy with property and staff."
"I am beyond grateful to the front office staff at the complex. I truly appreciate the support. I want to specially thank Arlene and Sam, who have been very understanding and have kept the balance in keeping with the demands of my neighbors as well as my satisfaction living at the complex. My overall experience of living at the complex has been very positive. I've lived here for about 3 years and during that time, maintenance has always been prompt and responsive. They're quick to repair things and they perform quality work (i.e. they haven't had to return to re-fix things). The front office staff has been excellent in their customer service. Finally, my neighbors in my building have all been overwhelmingly calm (not a lot of partiers here) and it feels safe. So all in all, this complex has been a safe, peaceful, and convenient place with loads of amenities and great service."
"Went with my husband last week to check out some information for their bedroom plans and Sam was a big help! Super awesome Customer service and knew exactly what he was talking about. Rare to see someone who loves their job so much. Seriously considering these apartments as a choice. Thanks again, Sam, you definitely kicked butt!!!"
"genuinely loved living here and if it wasn't for my son getting older and more active, I definitely would have stayed. they were always on top of anything we needed taken care of. the apartment is beautiful and spacious. the location is perfect. I definitely recommend this property. it's probably the best place I've lived in my 10 years of renting. even when it came to the move out process, they were fair and didn't charge for anything that wasn't justified (which was only cleaning some appliances I completely forgot to go back and clean)."
