"Ac didn't work all summer, which was horrible because my gf was pregnant. Had to buy a window ac unit. Stairs are deteriorating and tripped numerous times. Anyone can basically get in so you risk having disturbing neighbors. Parking lot was rough and shredded my tires in less than a year. Parking is horrible. This place should not be charging more than $450/month. Avoid"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Simply do not live here. 3 words; BED BUG INFESTATION. Our A/C broke down during the summer about 7 times, you'd think after the 3rd time they would consider replacing it. Too bad you can't get refunds, because living here was absolute hell."

"Do NOT! And I repeat DO NOT even inquire about living here, as you can see from the previous reviews this place is horrible. No customer service, the maintainance takes months, these are apartments are old! Everything breaks, nothing works, your couches WONT FIT! And they don't accomodate you at all. But that's not the worst thing! All the residents are not thieves! They steal your clothes, and anything you use to decorate. And Gaby the manager knows it, and wont do anything about it, because they are thieves themselves! They charge you for your neighbors utilities! Even if you are out of town, expect a high utility bill!! Because you are paying for your building, not your usage. Corporate is just as crooked, you call them for anything, it won't get done. to get the camera's fixed so their residents stop stealing, and you get runaround answers and nothing is done. SAVE YORSELF THE STRESS AND STAY FAR AWAY! unless you like being treated like a dog in a dog house. Go for it, I'd rather live in a barn. Or on the streets. Please I'm not disgruntled. I care about people, and this management and owner are just after your cash, the building is falling apart, I pointed it out 6 months ago, and they won't fix it, they said the residents are leaving left and right, and they ones there are not paying and moving out. So they are sucking the money out of those left. Please don't put yourself, or your family through the hell it is staying here. They need to be investigated, they told my friend they were full and it would take them a while to get back to him. It's a ploy so you want to live there like it's a elite list or something. They are crooks! Stay away, last warning. If I could, my rating would be -5 stars"

"I qualified for an apartment, but when I was ready to move they did not contact me even after leaving various messages, and even after leaving a hand written message at their office. They seemed to be very disorganized. A couple of months later I got a call from a manager to ask if I was still interested in the apartment. After I expressed my concerns about what happened to me, (see above) the manager assured me that everything would be fine. I went ahead and filled out the lease and moved in. The first thing I noticed was that the place was very well maintained, and I even asked the grounds people if it was normal to have my outside area swept, and they said yes. I am very happy at this place and the management is very helpful and courteous. I am glad I finally moved here."
