"I came to stay with my cousin over the weekend and I couldn't believe how beautiful the property is. My cousin walked with me to show me around and I must say this is a very beautiful community. She told how super friendly the manager was. She was very helpful and very professional. As me and my cousin were talking more about the place she even told the maintenance guy is very professional and attentive when she had told me a story when the water heater had started leaking in her apartment and she called it in and the maintenance guy came right away and replaced it right then and there. I must say I will be differently be moving here in the near future."

"Very comfortable and affordable living! In December, I was scrambling looking for an apartments space that fit my needs. I got notification back from Nancy and Christine at the end of December. They followed up with me and answered all of my questions after only having a single one bedroom space open after being on the waiting list. When I moved in at the beginning of February 2021, it was very clean and there were no issues at all. Crosspointe even offers free basic cable and WiFi so you looking at other spaces that may be cheaper, you will be paying the same or more by the time you pay your cable and WiFi. I informed Nancy Gutierrez and Kristine that I was moving out at the out at the beginning of June, I had no issues. They worked with me and made the transition smooth working with me after I turned in military orders. Thank you Crosspointe Apartment staff for making my first apartment experience amazing!"

"I have lived here for a few years now, and have never encountered a problem. You are very close to a lot of stores and shopping, and it is a very convenient location. The leasing office staff is very nice and so is the maintenance crew. The grounds are very clean and the laundry room is always in tiptop shape. Very peaceful community and I have never had any issues with any of the neighbors."
