"The apartments are very spacious, the parking is great, especially if you pay for the canopy parking, and the landlord is amazing. I've never had a better landlord in all my years of renting. I would absolutely recommend living here."
"The manager deceives you by scheduling you for a showing that includes several other applicants at the same time. When speaking with the other applicants they too shared the same complaint. The rent is overpriced considering the location. There were interior signs of lack of maintenance issues and they were charging more for one unit because it had a stainless steel refrigerator."

"The manager plays favoritism with the residence.my wife and I were evicted because of a fight I got into. I had already told the manager about the problem several times, and that the people I had problems with, we're drunks and weed smokers. But the mgr. Did nothing but make excuses for him."
