"What an easy process to move in here. Marisela, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating and has remained so to this day! The Apartment is spacious and quiet. The grounds are maintained excellently. I can’t wait to get to the pool, it looks so inviting! My overall experience here has been smooth and easy and that is important! Great Job, Marisela and staff!!!"
"Great community, Large Pool and always well maintained. My apartment is cute and cozy, I cant wait to renew my contract!"
"Do not rent here. The place is falling apart and work orders take weeks to get even checked. Prices are pretty much what you would pay at a house. Office is always closed. Don't believe me, go right now. Always the CLOSED sign on. Terrible. Can't wait for the lease to be up. By the way, if I fall down the stairs to use the toilet because the one upstairs is broken, I will be suing this place. Even worse if one of my boys falls in the middle of the night trying to use the only working toilet next to the kitchen. Which by the way, is also falling apart."
"First before i say my experience living in Copper Commons Apartments, I want to say its been a privilege living here for years. my mom has lived so many years and she loves it. The Manager that started in April has been really good fixing things that have been left out through the years and the new Manager has really exceeded to catch up on our work orders and maintenance have been great. i just want to say Thank you very much for everything you do and i really recommend this place to whoever decides to move and find a home to enjoy."
"We were looking for somewhere fast. The apartment they gave us was horrid, and should not be legal to lease out. Water damage throughout the entire first floor, all of the cabinets were needing to be replaced. ALL of the air vents were coated in mold, and not just a little bit. All the door jams needed to be torn out and replaced. Every window had leaks and buildup. The floors were missing tiles in some areas. The restroom walls needed to be torn out. Drawers in the kitchen were 90% falling out. There was NO EFFORT made to clean this apt from the lasttenants, or even paint. Even the refrigerator was destroyed. We broke out lease, 2 days into it, because it was so disgusting... and still, they kept the deposit. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but the management company really needs to rethink how they do business. We should have contacted the housing authority."
