"If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon moving in this place feels very welcoming, staff are nice, and the energy is calm. The horrible part is they don’t understand what a contract is, a new lease is, nor do they update/inform residents on crucial information. If you ever move, a roommate leaves, etc. They will do everything in their power to make you feel less than, rob you, and blame you for what they are at fault for. It’s unfortunate, I really thought this place would’ve been great but behind closed doors it’s a mad house. I heard so many stories similar to what happened to me and I thought it was people just being bitter. It’s not, please don’t move here, there’s so many other great and much more professional places in El Paso."

"Love the vibes as soon as you walk into the office. Staff is always extremely helpful and kind. Omaira and Liz have always gone above and beyond. Maintenance has always been professional and keep property clean and beautiful. Highly recommend these apartments."

"I would like to thank Omeada and Liz on making our stay here very comfortable. They were very attentive in responding to any issues we had. The maintenance team is very courteous and professional in addressing whatever needs to be fixed. We had the two bed two bath apartment. Not too small and not too big but good size rooms. As mentioned before any issues that arise whether during office hours or after they are on it right away. It is a very quiet area despite having George dieter and trawood that intersect. There is a nice patio area with plenty of room for a table and chairs. I would highly recommend these apartments."

"Very rude staff..Bad experience, they changed the girl at the front desk and she is always rude and if you want to talk to the manager they cover for each other saying she thats she is always in a "metting" also if you call they never answer ..... you need a key for everything for the fitness center and laundary which made it a problem.. many time we helped our neighboors and other people to open the door because they forget their keys inside.... so unconvinient They say that they close the office at 5:30 or 6 dont remember but sometimes they close earlier i came by and they were closed at 4:30 At the end they charge you for everything they want the carpet to be as clean as a new.. since they compare the carpet with a new piece and if it doesnt match they make you pay more than 120 dollars for them to do a cleaning. Ours was pretty clean we even shampooed it but it wasnt enough aparrently. We still had to pay. We even showed them the pictures of our clean aparment and still they said it was dirty. Also we advised them that there were like mold stains in the closet were washer and dryer goes and never did anything about it so we always keep the door shut we were afraid to get sick.. Ohh and pool is never open never ever its always dirty or they are always reparing it the year thay we were there it was never open"
